All the very friendly receptionists, especially Vanessa guided me to tours and tourist places to meet. The location is very quiet, very safe, clean, every time I have occupied there was hot water, there is kitchen to prepare your food and if you need to keep your baggage, the only inconvenience is that all noises are heard. In general, it is a very recommendable and economic place.

The location of this guesthouse is very hidden. I arrived at night to find it for a while, but the reception lady was very friendly and helped order takeaway. The room size is not large and it can be used as an overnight hotel. On the first floor, there is a small billiards for pastime, hot and cold drinking water, it is very intimate. We went to the airport early the next morning, and my sister has packed breakfast, which makes me very happy! Overall praise

I unfortunately didn't get the chance to stay at the accommodation due to last minute flight cancellations however the customer service I received was top class. They'd monitored my flights and were quick to respond and try to assist after the airline had stopped all the flights. As per the policy I was obligated to still pay for atleast 1 night however as to not cause me further stress they kindly brushed aside payment. I can't speak for the accommodation (although I'm sure it wouldve beaten the airport floor) but I would absolutely stay there if I return to Lima on customer service alone!

Nous sommes arrivés à Lima fatigués d'avoir vagabondé à travers tout le pays... Et quelle chance nous avons eu de trouver Lima House ! Les sanitaires sont propres et bien équipés (Shampoing et savon à disposition), la cuisine est très fonctionnelle, le salon est le lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, les chambres sont confortables et propres et l'accueil est au top ! Les jeunes filles de l'accueil sont super sympa et aux petits soins pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous n'oublierons pas notre semaine passée à Lima House !

Hemos estado hospedados varios días en nuestro último viaje a Perú y la verdad es que hemos quedado muy decepcionados, el hotel en sí se cae a pedazos y a nadie le importa lo más mínimo, al igual que la mayoría de edificios antiguos del centro de Lima, los muebles deben ser de los años 40 del siglo pasado, si escogen las habitaciones que dan a la calle van a tener ruido asegurado durante gran parte del día y las habitaciones interiores sólo tienen una pequeña ventana encima de la puerta que da a un patio interior, la ventilación es nula y lo dicho, todo se cae a pedazos. Como único dato positivo mencionar la ubicación y nada más pues está al lado mismo de la Plaza de Armas, por cierto no busque en los hostales de los alrededores porque se encontrarán con más de lo mismo, como pudimos constatar.
