Friendly family but hygiene conditions of the sanitary facilities to be reviewed (no towels - water stagnating on the ground - shower WC) and bedding suitable for fakirs only, no usable terrace, to arrive there is no exact indication, so continue a few meters later : last door in the small dead end.. Very good: kindness of the family, Fatima's breakfasts (eggs with cumin in tagine for example), the situation (entrance to the old medina, not far away superb garden and Jewish quarter (cafe restau la noria TB). Taxi booked at a good price by the host family.

Outstanding
JJIEThe breakfast was superb! The location is good, not far from Medina and Blue Gate. No one answered the phone number of the hotel, and the facilities were relatively old, especially the messy roof. It is a traditional house that Europeans and Americans like.
Wow, the initial impression which greets you when you walk through the door is nothing short of breathtaking. The more time you spend looking at the interior of the central courtyard the more impressed you are with the extraordinary detail of the workmanship. It's cavernous! Just thinking about the time it took to create the interior of this stunning riad defies imagination. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. So why four and not five stars? Well I struggled with writing this review, but I had to place it in the context of the other five riads/dars we stayed in and it is about overall experience and impressions. I felt the internal spaces were a bit 'reverential', more like a library where you have to speak in hushed tones than a social space. It felt awkward to sit there, even at breakfast listening to the rattle of our cutlery echoing around the building. My friends had a room which had windows to the front onto the street, and they suffered some street noise from groups of local youths who gathered outside. My room only had windows into the internal spaces and I was not troubled by noise. No full length mirror, but that was a theme repeated elsewhere. There is no doubt that this is an extraordinary place, absolutely beautiful, and we were treated with courtesy and respect during our two night stay, but I have to be honest and present my view of where it fell slightly short of our expectations. Entirely personal opinion, as reviews are by their very nature.
AAngie Laibaby ArmchannelLove this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.
VvoiletteThe 14th century house, the building itself is very beautiful and amazing. Breakfast is on the top of the building, the scenery is great, and you can see a large area of medina. The room facilities are also good, basically have everything they should. But the old house also has problems. The soundproofing is too poor. There is a room on the second floor that can be heard up and down by the elevator, and the noise in the aisle will be loud. It was already evening on the day of arrival, and when I entered the house, I rushed into the smell of disinfectant water. The biggest breakdown is that there are 4 power jumps in 2 nights. This kind of thing happens in such a house is really scary. When the staff said that this had never happened before, it made people feel even more terrifying. The traffic is fairly convenient, you can park nearby, and you don’t have to drag your luggage for too long. But this location is actually quite far away from the regular old city activity area, and the shortcuts in the old city don't dare to go at night. We wanted to take a taxi on the side of the road at about four or five o'clock. It was difficult to take a taxi. It seemed that the taxis were full of people. Leaving in the morning, I had to take a taxi to the CTM station. Since it is difficult to call a petit taxi at this location during the day, I asked the front desk to help book a private car. It takes about ten minutes and 100dhr. If you know you have been killed, you can only use this method.
The girl at the front desk is very dedicated and feels like she is sitting there day and night. If you have any questions, just ask her, but it makes people feel that pushing dinner and spa is a bit too much, but I don’t say anything if I refuse. Woke up the morning before leaving and helped us pack breakfast.
Our stay here was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and cozy. We had a Yumi breakfast there every morning and they were accommodating to any of our needs. Like I needed a room with no windows because the early prayer kept waking me up in other hotels but here I slept perfectly. We also had some stuff delivered ythere late at night and they waited for it, and called us when it arrived. Thank you so much!
GGuest UserI had the pleasure of staying at this property March 3-5, 2024. Can not remember the room number, but it was a very neat double. Riding the taxi into the neighborhood all the way up to the front door I had a few doubts about the location. This turned out to be one of the most friendly and authentic visits I had anywhere. It would take me too long to write about my Jamai experience, so I want to thank Amine, Meryem, Ghizlen, and Khadija for being special people. Thank you and I would stay again!!
GGuest UserVery nice reception upon arrival, the staff are very obliging and offer any help, information and directions you may need to navigate and fully experience the city. They are very understanding of tired travellers, offer help with luggage, and even with our very early departure they served us a delicious breakfast before departing. Our room was very beautifully furnished in the traditional Moroccan style, and the rooftop terrace offers a great view of the city.

I am located in the middle of the old city and I think you can enjoy the atmosphere of Fes as it is.
Because it is a riad, the interior is in Moroccan style, the tiles are cute, and the tension is increased.
Add the welcome drink mint tea.
The staff is very very friendly! !
If you are late and leave early in the morning but want to shop,
He told me what he wanted because it did not open in the morning, so he visited recommended shops and restaurants.
I’m sure it’s not very cheap, I was taken to a shop near my friends,
I don't know if it's right or right, I'm very grateful soon.
I didn’t give a tip because I could meet the next day,
In the end, I couldn't meet and pass.
No request. I really want to pass it.
Each sheet of paper has 15DH printout service.
The cost of a taxi to the airport is 200DH per person.
It may be a little higher than the market price, but I think it can.
I think there is no towel.
The drainage in the shower is a bit bad.
It is easy to block immediately, but it is fine to discard a small amount.
With breakfast
Simple bread and jam, orange juice, etc. appeared.
I feel good eating on the roof.
I want to stay for about three nights!
