We set out from Kolkata at 0800 h on 01 Nov 23 enroute to Purulia. A member of our family was a cadet in Sainik school way back in '70s. We had stopped enroute for lunch at a Dhaba. We arrived at Pearl Tree at about 1800 h and met up at reception with Mr Gaurav and Mr Sadat. We tried to explain that this was the first time an accommodation booked via Trivago did not offer complimentary breakfast. After long conversation with Mr Sadat remarking ”You don't understand” but failing to offer alternatives. We asked him to approach his superior and seek whether ”complimentary breakfast” could be offered. Rigid as he was, we said charge us the amount Rs 300/= per head. The 5 of us were senior Veterans. The accommodation was nice. Regrettably the breakfast offered was without imagination. Overall the reception dialogue was witnessed by a Mr Vidyarthi (understand he is in Marketing and Brand Managing). We departed on AM 03 Nov 23.

Day i visited hotel dream it was good. The balcony view was awesome and people working. There were very friendly every time on one foot. They helped me to get anything from my side. Washroom was clean and the bed was very tidy. I stayed in standard room with the balcony view room was little small, but everything was closed to my bed so i was easy to access to everything, i really enjoyed and i had a good sleep at night. Thank you so much. Hope to visit you again.

1) property is quite old and the washrooms needs some renovation/ repair. Rooms are reasonably well maintained. Location of the property is very. Restaurant provides wide choice of food. The “waiters” extend excellent service and are extremely polite and well behaved. Response from other staffs are equally good, specially the front desk

I ***** with my wife checked in to the hotel and came to know that the water pump is not working and it was being repaired. After around 3 hours, one person at the reception would say that repair is done, while another would say it's underway. We faced huge problem due to this. We eventually found hat there was no water in the bathrooms again from midnight onwards. And eventually we had to check out early. There was not even a single step taken by the hotel staff to address the situation. Pathetic service at its worst.

Excellent place to enjoy the beauty of nature. Location, accommodation & service are all very good. The only Premium room has most of the facilities except WIFI. However, Super Delux room wash rooms need one rack in front of basin & a partition between shower & commode. Staff & ” Bon Surokha Committee” run canreen people serve with care & love. Food is good & reasonably priced. Overall - an excellent experience.

Amazing property with lots of fun activities. Service is very good. Rooms are good. Big swimming pool. Staffs are very co operative. Food is a bit expensive but good. They take 15% charge for in room dining. Only buffet is available at restaurants. If you want ala carte you have to order food in room.
