Hotel is near to the railway station. Hotel ambience specially reception area is beautiful. Hotel staff is very cooperative. Room service is very good. Restaurant where morning breakfast is served is also good. Only number of dishes served in breakfast menu need to be enhanced. All' in all good to have stayed in this hotel. Would like to stay again.

I have been here several times but this time it was not good and hasn’t got the service i was expecting. Bathroom was not clean and at the time of extra bed they only brought a mattress not the fold-able bed and after asking they got it. So my overall experience was average

Good hotel for overnight hault. Clean environment. Rooms having basic amenities. Food to order in advance as hotel don't have restaurant. Food served from outside tie-up. Not much room service available.

Overall amber enjoyed a niche for itself in the city of hoshiarpur. But now ITC Fortune coming up, the game is on. Overall as of now, Amber is average hotel... The location is poor ( far away from city). The breakfast is a lot same each day and pathetic choice of sad songs that they play makes you leave the meal mid way. The rooms are spacious but lighting is so poor you can't work at your laptop in such a dingy lighting Opportunity for Amber to improvise or simply perish

Basic amenities are missing in room like, drinking glass etc. Tv is not properly functional, a small lizard was also in one of my room.

Rooms are cleaned and we'll maintained. Staff is also friendly. In the morning sunlight comes through window and you will feel great morning vibes. Beds are also comfortable and cleaned. And if you want something extra you will get it
