We came for one week and stayed 2 weeks, as the hotel was so comfortable and we had an excellent stay. The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, the stuff is so kind, and help us with any request we ask. The breakfast on the 5th floor balcony is so good, with such a great view! The hotel manager is a very good guy, being here all the time, and taking care that everything works well and everyone is pleased and having a great time. We will surely come back again to this place!

If you are looking to book this hotel I hope this review serves you well. Please read on. This Hotel is on Jet 2 UK website as we booked it through them. Rooms * Clean rooms * BEWARE Sizes between Superior and executive are the same just different view, mini bar, and an espresso machine so don't think your getting a bigger room. * Room facilities are better the more you spend on the room, for example we booked a superior room and it was a side room with a partial sea view. No fridge, no tea and coffee making facilities. A room upgrade to an executive suite room meant a frontal sea view room with a large balcony, an espresso coffee machine, a mini bar that was topped up daily. This came at a price tho, 400 euro extra and we stayed for 10 nights equating to an extra 40 euro a day. This Hotel has alot of European Market guests, we only found one other English speaking couple today while here, while our German friends may be happy with certain types of breakfast, us Brits are different... Food - half board meals - not a great deal of choice on both breakfast and tea, Breakfast was cold and I was there as soon as it opened, fried eggs cold, poor bacon small pieces cold, horrible sausage cold, no mushrooms, no beans, no tomatoes, no hash browns, no fried bread, however this is coming from someone that likes a full english breakfast, if cereal, paistries, fresh fruit, no baked beans, mushrooms, etc etc and the former suit you then this will serve you well , the hotel could offer chips on the evening meal menu, fries for example in both the main resteraunt and pool bar, that would make things different. The pool bar food menu is limited, the introduction (@Hotel) of burger and chips/fries and pizzas, hot dogs, Gyros would make a massive difference and transform this hotel + see more jet2 uk customers booking here. Like I said, this is my review as an English man and what English people want when they come on holiday. This Hotel evening meal & pool.side bar food needs improvement by someone that knows what Tourists want, especially if they want to appeal to UK trade. The hotel is in a remote location, nothing around it, no mini Market close, restraunts anything so if you want anything and i mean anything such as waater and nit having to pay £1.50 for a bottle of water at tea time to take back to your room you need to listen tonwhat i am saying here and go fet.your own, hire a car or get a taxi to the town center and stock up rather than have to buy the basics of water and anything else cos there's no decent mini markets close at all to this place. Bring your own kettle, tea bags, sugar this is a must (remember this). Pool bar staff are lovely, Reception staff courteous & professional. Hotel itself is brilliant with ground floor lift to all floors and for me the only thing that let it down was the food in both half board and poolside menu and breakfast. My note to management to listen to, to action on if you want to improve your rating is simply th

We went late June and we had one of those rooms with the private pool. Of course, like all hotels now days, the beds for the kids where in the living room. The one was the sofa and the other was a not that comfortable single bed. The bedroom was large and so was the bed. Still, I do not understand why the pillows only came in one size, large. The bathroom was big enough with a nice walk in shower. There was a big closet for clothes, but a really small refrigerator. I mean you could not fit a large water bottle in there. Like in many hotels, they offered free coffee but like no good hotel I have been to lately, they offered filter coffee not espresso. Not good filter coffee, and that goes for the tea too. Another disappointment. The small yard with the pool was nice, but accessible by others. I mean, there you are swimming or just lying there with your family, and there were people going through the far end of the yard. Why? I can understand for safety reasons, but that is why there was another entrance from the pool side. Our yard and pool where exposed to the sun all day. An umbrella would have been useful. The pool was big enough for the kids and you can have lots of fun. But the cleaning system was not on all the time. Thus, if you wanted to take swim early in the morning or late at night, then you had to swim with leaves, dead bugs and little trash. Furthermore, the door that gave access to the pool's mechanism was not locked, so everyone had access to it, even kids. Now, let me say that I am complaining a bit because this is a relatively new 5 star hotel, and one should have expectations for it, especially with the money required. Let me continue. In general, the room was clean and comfortable. The wifi was OK as far as speed and stable, but the password was not safe enough. Also, it is 2024, so USB outlets are a must. The hotel pool was nice and big enough. There was enough space for everybody and there was distance between the umbrellas. There was also a life guard, that also served as the man in charge of the towels, but also a very pleasant and friendly individual. But the sunbeds were from the 1980s and not comfortable, while some of the chairs were broken. That was unacceptable. The beach bar/restaurant was nice enough. There was a wide selection of things to drink and eat, and the prices were reasonable, while the portions were large. The only thing we did not like was the freddo cappuccino, but taste is a relative thing. Now, I cannot say the same about the breakfast. Although there was a wide selections on things to eat and drink, the quality was not always good enough. And if someone from the hotel is reading this, if you offer pancakes, that you should have maple syrup. I mean they had, but I had to ask for it every day. The people working there were really friendly, eager to help, and despite their obvious workload they were not grumpy. And this was the only thing that was 5 star. The hotel is situated at the

It was a very good experience. especially because of room and the STUFF.. We have been in a junior suit (the regular rooms are not very spacious as the suits). If one needs not a noisy room - better those facing the smaller road. breakfast (buffet) was very good (except coffee - see later). and All the stuff at the hotel were sympathetic and cooperative. Most of the time we met one of them (a guy who was there between 20 may till 22 may. (forgot names) who was very very nice.. The location is good. within a walking distance to everything. no parking problems. There is only one thing - the hotel is graded 5 stars, but somehow it lacks amenities that are trivial in 4 and and even many 3 stars hotel, like: tissues, conditionner, body lotion in the room.(these days also coffee machine with capsules has become quite basic). on the other hand - bathrobes and slippers are there. No coffee machine - for espresso and capuccino- even at breakfast.

Fabulous hotel in a quiet location. Rooms lovely, we had a large balcony which was not overlooked. The towels and bed linen changed regularly. The pool area is great, really comfortable sunbeds and plenty of them. Generally quiet around the pool and the lovely staff bring jugs of iced water to you all day, which which is a very welcome touch. Location great with many restaurants within easy walking distance. Local bus is great for visiting Kalamata town centre which is worth a visit. We had a car for a couple of days and visited Stoupa, lovely fishing village and ancient town of Messini. Recommend Da Luz to eat in.

Dimitri on front desk was helpful & friendly. The room-102- was immaculate, fantastic bed, pillows and 5 star bathroom. A very welcoming and secure place to stay in the heart of Kalamata & a 5 minute easy walk to the central bus station. Recommend for a night or two stay 👌
