Hôtel accueillant, chambre propre et agréable. Nous voulons particulièrement remercié le personnel et les clients qui ont eu la gentillesse de déposer la clé de notre voiture à l'accueil. N'étant pas resté longtemps nous n'avons pas eu le loisir de remercié directement. Merci encore.

Très mécontente de l'hôtel qui ne mérite pas du tout ses 3 étoiles . La localisation de l'hôtel n''est pas aisée: . les réservations par internet ne sont pas suivies ils sont un peu perdus à l'arrivée des clients et la réceptionniste parle tout juste Français (ils ne retrouvent pas certaines réservations pourtant encaissées) . l'ascenseur n'est pas aux normes et la date de vérification est falsifiée la chambre ; . elle n'a pas de chauffage, on a tout juste un petit zinzin qui ne chauffe pas . la moquette est sale avec des taches par ci par là . le ménage laisse à désirer . le papier peint se décolle par endroit . les lits ne sont pas à la hauteur 'd'un 3 étoile, dur et mou à la fois (dur quand on les touche, mais mou quand on se couche) . l'eau dans la salle de bain est longue à venir . la douche n'a qu'une paroi et elle ne va pas jusqu'au bout et il n'y a pas de porte ou rideau, donc çà mouille partout quand on arrive à prendre la douche . le sol de la douche est glissant et il n'y a rien pour se retenir . les cloisons de la chambre sont tellement minces qu'on entend tout ce qui se' dit d'une chambre à l'autre (en parlant normalement sans hurler) Bref l'hôtel est placé en tête sur internet mais on se demande en tête de quoi il n'y a que la situation qui est un atout car pour le stationnement c'est dur dur à trouver et c'est payant après 2 heures gratuites, sinon c''est la prune assurée Bref à ne pas essayer mais fuir cet ”hote

We made an unplanned stop at this hotel, as we experienced long delays en route, due to the farmers protesting and blocking a number of roads. The very warm welcome we received at reception instantly calmed us down and we had a very relaxing stay, after a stressful journey. The room was warm and well equipped, with a kettle and tea and coffee. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was also very good. The main thing to praise in the hotel were the staff. We dealt with 3 people on reception, 1 in the restaurant and 1 chamber maid and all very very friendly, happy and helpful.

Booked this hotel as a last minute stopover while travelling through France. We were greeted by friendly staff, we had 2 rooms for the family they were well presented clean and tidy. The hotel was situated in the centre of town it didn’t have any parking although it was easy to park. Me and my wife had a meal in the restaurant which was fantastic. Breakfast was what you would expect for a continental breakfast.

Lovely welcome on arrival, Receptionist knew exactly our requirements which were all met. Room on 3rd floor was clean and comfortable - good nights sleep. Staff we met very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant not open that night, but breakfast was well presented and plentiful. Very safe adjoining car park - well worth the 10 Euros for an overnight stay in a city.
