Ganz komische erfahrung, Uns gefiel das angebot. 1000,00 euro fur einige tagen mit wellness und abendessen inclusive, ganz ok fur 2 personen. Nach der reservierung hatten wir noch einige fragen die wir übersehen hatten und ein email geschickt, keine antwort, Ins gesammt 3 x mail geschickt ohne antwort zu bekommen. Dan angerufen, keiner da. Nochmal angerufen und dan fing es an. Ein aggressiver man am apparat der fragte warum wir an einem sonntag anrufen, das war ein feiertag. Höflich gesagt das ich meinte das ich mit ein hotel verbunden war and nach der buchung noch einige fragen hatte. De herr meinte darauf das wir an einem sonntag auch heine elektriker oder so ähnlich anrufen könnten . ausserdem ware das hotel im urlaub. Ich hab ihm ganz normal gefragt warum das dan nicht nicht auf der website stand dan wäre das deutlich gewesen. Darauf sagte er das er nur 2 x in der woche mails beantwortete. Dan habe ich das gespräch beendet und gesagt das die reservierung storniert war. Wir wurden irgenwo anders hingehen wo man etwas freundlichjer mit fragen von gästen umgeht. Leider.....
