I went to Pu'er to play with my friends and wanted to find a quiet place. This homestay is built on the edge of Pu'er City and built on the mountain. The location is very convenient for self-driving. There is also a bus 50 meters from the entrance of the homestay. It is only half an hour's drive from Meizi Coffee Manor and Sun River.
The room is clean and tidy. You can listen to the sound of frogs outdoors at night. Wake up in the early morning and look at the sky from the balcony. The unexpected harvest is full of stars, which is very healing.
The owner of the hotel is warm and hospitable, and the recommended food in the town and nearby places to play are very cost-effective, which makes people feel more good about Pu'er. I heard that there are permanent guests in the hotel, which is indeed a good choice.
The moon is hidden, a place where you can watch the sunset and stars, suitable for emptying.

It is a new homestay with new facilities. The bathroom, bedding and room soundproofing are very satisfactory. The hygiene is also done more attentively. The transportation is convenient and you can take a taxi directly to the store entrance. The parking lot is less than 50m away. I originally planned to stay for one day, but I extended it for two more days.
On the first day, the aunt took me to pick tea, and finally let me take all the new tea away hahaha
I like the tea table on the first floor the most. I have to drink two cups every day when I go in and out. The aunt knows tea very well and bought a lot of tea I like before leaving.
Finally, the aunt sent me to the airport and ate a bowl of egg custard in the car haha.
I will definitely come again with my family❤️

The hotel parks on the first floor. There are not many parking spaces. The environment on the first floor is relatively poor. The second floor is the reception, restaurant and garden platform. Overall relatively simple, very clean.
Facilities: The room is very large. It is a duplex with two bedrooms and one living room. The decoration of logs is relatively original.
Sanitation: The overall sanitation of the room is okay, and there are three bathrooms in the room. Very suitable for family outings.
Service: The room check-in has a butler, and the communication response is quite timely. The hotel sends a tour of the coffee factory, and you can make an appointment with the butler.
Xiangshi Selected Good Tea: There is a tea tray in the room. The 2003 cooked Pu and the 2018 raw Pu were given away. I tasted the cooked Pu and tasted good.
Restaurant: The breakfast in the hotel is relatively simple, including rice noodles, porridge, eggs, corn, boiled eggs, steamed dumplings, and siu mai. But the noodles are still delicious. You can order food in the hotel restaurant. The chef is very skilled. Fish, beef and chicken soup are all specialties. They taste good and the price is right. There are industrial parks near the hotel, and there is no takeaway to order. If you want to buy milk tea, coffee, supper, etc., it is better to bring them back from Pu'er city.
The hotel is generally good, and the room type and price for summer travel are relatively cost-effective.

A very tall homestay, we chose the room on the first floor, there is a small garden outside, you can make tea and chat, no mosquito harassment was found. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and it was relatively large. The facilities are very good, chat with the hotel staff, said that this is a Pu'er tea exchange base in Pu'er District, each room in the hotel has a separate tea environment, the first floor is in the garden, the other is a special tea room, the hotel is actually not small, but there are 17 rooms. Behind the front desk there is a meeting room and two open tea rooms for guests to use. Breakfast is not bad, the hotel environment is very good, but the outside trail is not good to enter the hotel, you need to drive to convenient. The room was much bigger than expected, and it was so clean that you could roll around on the floor. It was made of straw mats and was very quiet. At first glance, the boss loves cleanliness and pays attention to hygiene. The entire house, the living room and the garden are kept spotless. It's a pity that we only arranged one day's itinerary in Pu'er, otherwise I really wanted to stay longer. I plan to come to Yunnan again around the Chinese New Year and stay here for a few more days to fully appreciate the beauty of this house!
Another note: I really like these cute little things in the boss’s garden. I feel better after reading them!

GGuest UserI think the scenery outside the window is invincible! In a very quiet little village. The boss and his wife are very, very nice! We arrived in the afternoon and drove to Nuogan Ancient Village first. When we went back in the evening, the boss and his wife entertained us with their own tea and told us about the local cultural customs and customs! The lady boss was particularly talkative and chatted with us for more than an hour. The meat, rice noodles, corn and eggs cooked for us the next morning were very delicious. This is a very recommended B&B. Clean and tidy and cheap! The service is thoughtful and enthusiastic! The view outside the window is unbeatable! Unfortunately, it is said that the sea of clouds can only be seen in September and October, otherwise this must be the best viewing spot!
About Jingmai Mountain: It’s very frustrating to drive here. The 40 to 50 kilometers of mountain roads are all gravel roads. My 20-inch 45-inch thick tires really only dare to drive about 20 kilometers per hour. I’m really afraid of punctures or punctures. The other road down the mountain is a two-way single-lane concrete road with countless sharp turns. The grass on both sides is taller than my big SUV. Anyone who knows how to drive this way down the mountain will understand! I've had a car for 20 years. So friends who come to Jingmai Mountain for self-driving must drive carefully!

OOlive GohWhen I started planning our itinerary for our 15 day Yunnan holiday, I plotted out our path to go all the way up to Shangri-la, back down to Kunming and then to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and Dongchuan Red Land. Then I chanced upon a video of Aini Garden and fell in love! The only reason we came to Pu'er was to get to Aini. This was the first place I booked, and I really took a chance because it has a no cancellation policy and I really had to stick to the date once it was made.
The initial pre-arrival experience was less than pleasant. I didn't know how we were going to get to the manor and my WeChat messages went unanswered. The hotel we stayed at in Pu'er finally got in touch with someone and got them to message me. I asked how we could get there and the answer was a curt ”take a taxi or charter a car”. No pleasantries of ”we look forward to seeing you” or offering to arrange a car.
When we arrived, no one was at reception and no one came out. Our driver was so perplexed he wondered if we were in the right place and if the place was open. Finally a young girl came out and registered us in. There was an air of aloofness from everyone else. However, once we were checked in, things warmed up quickly. We were offered coffee and freshly cut papaya and had a nice introduction chat with the lady staff.
The bedroom and bathroom is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony if the chairs were more comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows but the panel above the door should also be glass (it is just netting) so traffic sounds from the road actually comes through at night. I actually wanted to book the cottage in the hills but opted for the standard room in the main house because I was worried it would be cold. Big regret as it is actually magnificently located with stunning views. However take note that you will need to call for a buggy ride or make a 1km hike every time you want to eat or get to the main house. If you are self driving, no issues as you can park right next to the cottage. Anyway it's a small price to pay for an unlimited view of the milky way and seclusion.
This is as close to a Ryokan experience as you can get in China, minus the hot springs. 3 days 2 nights of blissful, carefree living is not quite enough. They make sure they feed you well, with the freshest produce available for hotpot dinner and home-cooked Yunnanese dishes for lunch. There are so many activities organised, from taking you up the mountain for a glimpse of sunrise (with mountain goats for company ❤️) to coffee plantation education tour to horseback riding along the mountain ridges (the view is spectacular!) to scavenging for wild vegetables and fruits to drinking, dancing and singing around the campfire! So much to do, so little time!
One area of improvement I personally would like to see is the coffee serving. They tend to be quite snobbish about how their coffee is taken. Neat, with nothing else. Asking for sugar or milk feels nearly scorned upon. Coffee is a versatile drink and can be savoured in a huge variety of ways. How else is Starbucks so successful? I felt kind of stifled and deprived because I love a good latte and had looked forward to enjoying an unlimited indulgence of coffee throughout our stay.
Anyhow, I love the ecotourism efforts here. It feels natural and unpretentious. I love the people and the camaraderie they cultivate. I especially enjoyed talking to their consultant 敬梅, a beautiful lady with extensive knowledge in Yunnan culture and ecological progress. Also thank you to 徐芳 for arranging transport back to town and giving helpful recommendations. We hope to return again.

TTeangtangI drove to Jingmai Mountain from Banna and thought about visiting Pu'er, but there was nothing fun there. I caught the high-speed train early the next morning, so I changed to a room closer to Pu'er Station. The price was cheaper and the boss could send me to the station, which was good. But the room was really cold and the toilet seat didn't fit well. But the price was cheap and I didn't have too many requirements for one night.

GGinaScenery is just like the photo, you can have full view of the clouds in the mountain every morning.
Reception is hospitable and allow us to use cash even though most ppl uses Wei Xin to pay here.
Cleanliness can be looked into as the towels have some stains if u look closely. Room is slightly old and needs some maintenance.
Other than that, I think this is one of the better lodging in this area as of now.

AAki AkivaGreat value for money, i got a standard room with double bed, private shower with hot water. All the amenities needed (electric plug near the bed, a kettle and such) the hotel description claim there is no Wifi in the room but i had wifi and it worked flawless.
