There are a lot of people in the hotel on weekends, there is a queue to check in, the hardware facilities of the InterContinental Hotel itself are nothing to say, the room is big enough, the only thing is that the room service is too slow and too slow, the hotel has a lot of scenic spots to take pictures, mountain and sea, breakfast The coffee is good, the others are quite satisfactory. The white porridge is not made from our foreign rice. It is incomparable with the breakfast of a five-star hotel in China.

It was my first experience with Le Meridian and I must say it has exceeded all my expectations. From the check in to check out every thing was excellent. Positive aspects are biggest room size I have ever seen, large variety of dishes at the breakfast, beautiful landscaping and exceptional services. Duty manager Sreekant was very courteous and provided immediate support when we had small issue in our room. The personal touch by each individual is commendable. Being traveling for the past 30 years and have travelled to 5 continents, this experience was amazing. Chef Murshid Ali and the rest of the team servicing including Amresh, Puspa, Tittus and Joey were amazing. Thank you everyone for the wonderful time. One thing which hotel need to pay attention are the carpets in the rooms which might need deep cleaning or replacement.

This is the second time we have come to this hotel. The hardware is not bad, and the service is not bad. It can be regarded as the No.1 hotel in Fujila. The breakfast is not as rich as it was when it first opened, overall it is good and suitable for parent-child vacation⛱️

The Moroccan architecture and low rising building adds and binds to the beautiful natural surroundings. The resort is nestled between the famous Hajar Mountains and the pristine beaches of the Indian Ocean offering a magical ambiance that is guaranteed to exceed the expectations of our guests.

A resort-style hotel with a great location. You can swim directly to Snoopy Island. You can see all kinds of fish, turtles, and maybe sharks while snorkeling. The hotel's own water club can provide equipment such as paddle boards and hand skis. The scenery is great and endless. The swimming pool and the bar by the pool are great for a drink after diving. The room is old and damp. You need to turn on the dehumidifier all the time. In terms of cost performance and vacation experience, I highly recommend it.

There are not many international breakfasts, and the room can accommodate an extra bed for children 12 years old and younger. There is a charge for an extra bed for adults. It is the only decent economic solution (cleaning the structure and room was good) in Al Aqah (if you don't want to be decaped by the exorbitant prices of the beach resorts) and this is, in itself, a great advantage. The staff was very available and resolved all the problems that, for the sake, have arisen. The reception was informed and we were immediately changed, giving us a ready to welcome guests, but unfortunately, at first use, the washing of the bathroom was discharged, flooding everything. Another turn, another room change, finally useable in everything. Although you are a few minutes' drive from the beaches, you still need a personal car to reach them, unless you want to go through a ”state” without walking. The area does not offer anything in substance. We did not understand well (and I speak English fluidly) what was the way the restaurant was enjoyed on the ground. The first night they told us that the room was booked for a party and therefore not enjoyable, the second night they made other excuses and, in essence, we could never dine in the building. The staff provided us with menus for the order of extra food, with delivery in the hotel, which we could consume directly in the room. We were informed that breakfast was held at the latest floor in a room near the pool, and we did not enjoy it in the first morning, and the second morning we reached the room, finding it empty. We are once again at the reception, which informs us that the breakfast would be served in the lounge, just before the entrance and the reception. Strambo. In any case, we have a number of complete dishes (eggs, brood, fruit, juices, etc...), of which we couldn't choose anything. As a result, no buffet breakfast, but fixed and served at the reception. So, a beautiful, clean, but hand-handed structure, which is not suitable for those who don't mast foreign languages.

Our family had an extraordinary stay at Royal M Hotel & Resort by Gewan Al Aqah Beach. It was truly one of the best staycations we’ve ever had. Upon arrival, a helpful colleague assisted us with our bags, storing them in the concierge area and providing a tag for easy retrieval. The concierge staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. At the check-in counter, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing Latifa from the Front Desk. She was extremely friendly, always smiling, and thoroughly explained everything about the hotel and the activities available before our official check-in time. A detailed program of all hotel activities is conveniently displayed on TV screens in the lobby. Latifa even called us when our room was ready and informed us that we had been upgraded to an Executive Suite, which was a delightful surprise. Thank you so much, Latifa! Our room was stunning, offering a beautiful sea view. It was impeccably clean, with all necessary amenities provided. We had lots of fun on our arrival day, playing beach volleyball, using the health club facilities, and colleague Karim was extremely helpful. We also enjoyed games on Level 1, including table football, billiards, and ping pong. We watched a belly dance show and a movie with juices and popcorn provided by the hotel. In the evening, we called housekeeping and requested an extra bed for our child, extra towels, and slippers. Housekeeping colleague Shahroz kindly provided us with everything. He was such a friendly and understanding colleague, a rare quality to find in hotels nowadays. The following day, we had an amazing breakfast at the restaurant, with a wide variety of delicious food. We had lots of fun in the swimming pool, participating in water polo games and an entertaining water gym session guided by the fantastic Usama. His energy made the program fun and unique. Upon check-out, we were informed that we could use the hotel and health club facilities all day long. We enjoyed exercising in the gym and relaxing in the sauna and steam room. Although it would be better to have toiletry amenities in the showers, a kind colleague from housekeeping brought us the necessary amenities upon request, allowing us to take a proper shower.
