Pan Pacific Yangon is one of the more established luxury hotels in Yangon. You cannot go wrong with booking a stay in this hotel. It is very well maintained.
Staff are always wearing a smile, and very attentive to your needs. The rooms are always kept clean and orderly.
The hotel is situated at downtown Yangon, right beside a mall and a few steps to Bogyoke Market. Other tourist spots in Yangon are easily accessible via Grab. The views at the reception floor gives you the Shwedagon Pagoda, so wonderful to look at in the afternoon.
The infinity pool with a view of the Catholic church right across is awesome. Take a dip in the early morning for fewer crowds.
For what you’d pay, you get so much bang for your buck. Would definitely book this hotel when I visit Yangon again.
Melia yangon offers the best service including the international standard food.
We really enjoyed the settings facing the Inle Lake and wide horizons from the window.
The best choice of hotels in Yangon.
1. The hotel and rooms are very clean.
2. The food is very diverse and delicious.
3. The parking lot is quite wide, not crowded and not too tight.
4. The hotel is near shopping malls and banks and many restaurants.
5. The service of all staffs is quite healthy and friendly and smiling.
Friendly staff, nice pool. Breakfast was passable but nothing special.
Biggest complaint - despite all rooms being non smoking, my room absolutely STANK of stale cigarettes. They offered me a can of air freshener spray which covered up the issue for all of 10 minutes. By the time I checked out all my clothes had picked up the smell of stale smoke and made everything in my suitcase smell too.

Had good & comfortable stay for 7 days. Awesome breakfast their live counter provide Indian dishes dosa, paratha & puris etc.
Though property is old but maintained & clean all other facilities also good. Strongly recommended…
The price is very cheap when booking online. A four-star hotel costs only over 100 yuan, including a hearty breakfast. The location is excellent, about 10 minutes walk from the National Museum and very close to the Shwedagon Pagoda. The price-performance ratio is very high.
Facilities: high-end atmosphere
Hygiene: clean and tidy
Environment: comfortable and pleasant
Service: warm and thoughtful
The hotel has a free gym, a spacious rest area, and a restaurant on the second floor.

- The room very nice
- Staft verry helpfull
-Bed very comfy
- I had a nice stay at Hotel G
-Location is close to Bokyok Aunsan Market and Jucction City . The bus stop is in fron of the hotel , easy to get local bus to every where.
- I like the hotel the most :)
The facility was clean and I felt very comfortable. The gym is large, and you can also use the sauna and jacuzzi.
The view of the courtyard and poolside from the breakfast venue made me forget that I was in Myanmar, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing time.
However, perhaps because it had just reopened or because there were few guests, the breakfast options were few and poor, and some of the items were used from the previous day and were not delicious.
I was very disappointed because the rating would be halved if the breakfast level was low in a 5-star hotel.
I hope it will be improved in the future.

PPo-YiThe room space and bathroom are clean and tidy, but there are too few sockets in the room which is a bit inconvenient. The service staff is friendly and the breakfast has many choices and tastes good. There are no supermarkets around the hotel, so the convenience is a bit lacking. Overall, it's a great hotel.

GGuest UserVery friendly staff and comfortable bed. Relatively near the airport. This is exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast had some choices for both ”Asian” and ”European” tastes. Not amazing, but satisfactory. :-) And the coffee was decent.
I didn't use any other extra amenities. If I had longer, I would check out the gym, spa, or rooftop garden.
There is a Spicy Hot Pot restaurant next door which was convenient for me.
MMhue Mya @ EmeraldThe morning shift receptionist seemed rather unhelpful. When I politely inquired about the possibility of getting a plaster, she abruptly responded, “You can go and buy it at the convenience store right away.”
Similarly, the housekeeping supervisor appeared unfriendly. After accidentally locking my key inside my room, I approached him for assistance. Despite expressing my gratitude with a smile, he responded as if he was irritated by my request. Given his demeanor, a role that requires less direct interaction with people might be more suitable for him.
BByungilIt is located along Inya Lake. Myanmar Plaza is nearby, but it is too far to walk to, so you will need to take a taxi.
There are not many shops within walking distance of the hotel, so if you are planning to relax at the hotel or are staying for a long time, I recommend that you use a room with laundry facilities.
I have been to Yangon several times, but the Wi-Fi was slow.
GGuest UserClassic colonial-style room with modern renovation, everything is nice at hall and corridor, room bed is soft and comfortable, separate bath and toilet with super cleanliness, kind and attentive clerks. And the slippers in the room are the best quality I have seen in Myanmar. Location is near from Sule pagoda and in the very centre of Yangon downtown. Only regret is outside noise and bad smell on the nearby street, there are so many roadside vendors and loud Indian music going on till evening. I woke up early in the morning by the noise of generator outside and opposite side of the hotel, for which the hotel is not responsible. If sound-proof room is available even with extra cost it would make me want to come back.
