The balcony was really pretty, and it was really nice to be able to stay with the picturesque mountains in the background. The highlight of this accommodation is the sauna. It was really hot, and they gave us plenty of towels, so we had a great time. They gave us a guest card, and we got into the snow park for free, so we rented a sled for 6 francs and had a great time. And we could also get a 10% discount on the rocker backer. These are such fun memories of the Seolsan Hotel. I'll cherish them for the rest of my life.

The room condition was very clean and good The bedding and mattress were also good It is a modern and clean hotel The parking lot was good, and although it is an external parking lot, the route from the parking lot to the hotel is very good The design is pretty from the hotel entrance to the lobby and the resting area Everything is good. The only downside is that the elevator space is a bit small I can't say that this hotel is great, but it was a place that left a very good impression during my trip to Switzerland. I felt good because the rainbow welcomed me The front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and the food was delicious However, it was unfortunate that I left the baby ointment behind, but thanks to that, it is a hotel that I will remember for a long time.

Excellent service, chambres confortables et bien décorées, le spa vu sur les montagnes est très joli, le restaurant sert de très bons plats avec produits de qualité, le petit déjeuner est bon et varié, il y a même du jus d'orange pressé. Très bonne expérience!

Very nice hotel and ideally also with children. Entry to the thermal bath was included on the day of arrival and departure. Excellent!

This is my favorite hotel in this trip to Switzerland! It is very clean and warm. The cable car is right at the entrance of the hotel, which makes skiing very convenient. The balcony and the bathroom windows look out to the golden mountain in the sun. There is a ski equipment store next to it, and there are discounts for renting ski equipment when staying in the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are also delicious, and the price-performance ratio of eating in Switzerland is really super high. There is even a hot spring sauna room. After a day of skiing, it is so comfortable to steam in the sauna and look at the beautiful scenery. The staff is also super nice. I was invited to the staff party. It was a wonderful memory. I heard that many European guests who stay in the hotel are families who come here every year to ski and live here. Thank you Albin, I really want to stay a few more days.

Hotel is approximately 10mins walk from Zermatt train station. There is a bus stop to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car station about 4mins away from the hotel, very convenient. The hotel gave us a free upgrade during our stay and the view from the balcony was amazing! The pool and sauna facility looked great but didnt had a chance to try. Highly recommend this hotel going to Zermatt!

The staff is very kind and nice. They upgraded me to a larger single room. Single room does not have the mountain view. The staff shows me where I can see Matterhorn with a map which is very clear. The room is also very clean. Love the hotel.

I used to stay at a domestic youth hostel for more than 400 nights as a hostel, but the hotel I stayed at this time was an accommodation for Swiss youth hostel association members. In principle, it is self-service, but I did not feel particularly dissatisfied, and it was evaluated as wonderful among the facilities I have stayed so far as the above evaluation. This time, I didn't use the swimming pool, wellness, sauna, etc. for convenience, but I was able to spend a fun 2 days.
