What is Holy Week?

Holy Week

Holy Week is the week before Easter Sunday and remembers the final days of Jesus Christ’s life. In the Philippines, many Filipinos attend church services, join religious traditions, and spend time reflecting with family. It is also one of the busiest travel periods of the year as many people return to their home provinces.

Tradition / Day

What Happens

Palm Sunday

Start of Holy Week. People bring palm leaves to church to be blessed.

Holy Thursday

Special masses are held. Many people visit several churches in one night, called Visita Iglesia.

Good Friday

The most solemn day. Processions are held and the Seven Last Words reflection is often broadcast from 12 PM to 3 PM.

Black Saturday

A quiet day of prayer and reflection before Easter.

Easter Sunday

Celebration of the resurrection of Jesus. Many churches hold the Salubong early in the morning.

Pabasa

A continuous chanting of the life of Jesus, often held in communities during Holy Week.

💡 Travel Tip: Airports, bus terminals, and highways can be very busy during Holy Week as many Filipinos travel to their provinces. Some malls and public transport may also operate on limited hours.

Popular Holy Week Traditions

Holy Week

During Holy Week, you may see many traditions across the Philippines. These practices show the strong faith and community spirit of many Filipinos.

  • Visita Iglesia: Families or groups visit several churches in one evening to pray, usually on Holy Thursday.
  • Processions: Many towns hold large religious processions, especially on Good Friday. People walk through the streets carrying statues of saints and scenes from the life of Jesus. The Santo Entierro, a statue of the dead Christ placed in a glass casket, is often the highlight.
  • Pabasa: Communities hold the Pabasa, a continuous chanting of the Pasyón, which tells the story of Jesus’ life and sacrifice. It may last for many hours or even days.
  • Senakulo: Some towns perform a Senakulo, a live street play that shows the Passion of Christ. These performances can draw large crowds.
  • Fasting and Simple Meals: Many Filipinos avoid meat on Good Friday and eat simple food such as fish, vegetables, or traditional snacks like biko, suman, and binignit.
  • Quiet Reflection: Some families stay at home, pray together, or watch religious programs on TV.

Different regions celebrate Holy Week in their own way, so travelers may experience different traditions depending on where they visit.

🏨 Pro Tip: Book your hotel early during Holy Week, as many popular destinations can fill up quickly during this busy travel period.

Why Filipinos Travel During Holy Week

Holy Week gives many Filipinos several days off from work and school, so it becomes one of the busiest travel periods of the year.

  • Returning to hometowns
Many people travel back to their provinces to spend time with family and attend church activities together.
  • Family vacations
Some families plan short trips to popular beach destinations like Boracay, Cebu, and Bohol.
  • Taking a break from the city
Travelers from busy cities like Manila often head to cooler places such as Baguio or Sagada to relax.
  • Time for reflection and rest
Others choose quiet places where they can pray, attend church events, and reflect during the Holy Week period.
💡 Travel Tip: The biggest travel rush is on Holy Wednesday and Maundy Thursday, with many people returning on Easter Sunday or Monday. Expect heavy traffic and crowded terminals.

I love that our room is near the exit which leads to beach front. I suggest that they should have heater/hot water specially at night in the pool because it's soooo cold. Buffet breakfast was so good and in our 3 days & 4 nights stay their dishes change. I also suggest that they should have a free take out food for guest that have early flight.

Great hotel, located between station 1 and 2, so prime location, a bit too loud id say , nevertheless good stay. I recommend massage , they offer it right near the pool and its worth it! Good massage for a good price. They also have quite nice rooftop pool and bar as well. Breakfast on another hand is mediocre, but i notice its a problem in Boracay- it is not a gastronomic place at all:(( Also i recommend to book a pick up with them, was smooth!

I also really enjoyed both the outdoor pool and the sky pool — they were clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic atmosphere. The beach was beautiful: clean, calm, and perfect for both relaxing and swimming. We recently stayed at Henann Prime Beach Resort in Boracay, and the experience was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff, including the concierge, front office, housekeeping, pool attendant, and F&B team. The location was perfect. The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and professionalism. The Filipino customer service exceeded our expectations. The warm smiles and greetings we received were particularly noteworthy. Thank you for the birthday surprise for my son, which he thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. He was indeed sad to leave. We definitely plan to return.

My experience at the Henann Garden Resort in Boracay was simply spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and contagious friendliness from the entire staff. The service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's highlights – everyone is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there. Without a doubt, an excellent stay! I highly recommend Henann Garden to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and top-notch service. I will definitely return.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, and our room was spotless. On Chinese New Year's Day, they even gave us a complimentary dinner buffet, which was a really thoughtful touch. The hotel provides towel cards (the towels were warm when we received them, having been high-temperature sterilized), which is super convenient for island hopping and swimming at the beach. It's also very close to D'Mall, making it incredibly easy to grab food and shop there daily. Just turn right out of the hotel, and a small path leads directly to the beach, offering stunning views. Separately, I had booked round-trip ferry and shuttle transfers to Boracay with Bamboo, but I lost my voucher right before our trip. I asked around outside the hotel without success, but when I returned to the front desk, they made a call and sorted everything out for us! On top of that, they even sent a sewing kit to our room late at night when we needed one. I'm so incredibly grateful for all their help! 👍👍👍 My 73-year-old dad had a wonderful time, and it was a very pleasant vacation.

My stay at Golden Phoenix Boracay was a really pleasant experience. Everything was okay overall, but what stood out was how they handled my special request — they exceeded my expectations by upgrading my room without any hassle. I stayed in the Coral Room, and the balcony was massive (definitely one of my favorite things about the stay). The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and extremely accommodating, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Another major highlight is that the property is right on the beachfront, making it super convenient to enjoy the shore anytime. Their food was okay as well, simple but satisfying. Overall, everything from the room to the hospitality made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

To the Management of Astoria Current, We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience we had during our stay at Astoria Current from September 29 to October 1, 2025. Our family booked three rooms, and we are very pleased with the overall service and facilities provided by your hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the facilities were well-maintained, and the location was perfect, especially for enjoying the beach. We especially loved the slippers provided, which were very convenient to use by the shore. We also want to commend the delicious breakfast offerings. Our family truly looked forward to it every morning, and it became one of the highlights of our stay. Most importantly, we want to recognize the excellent customer service we received from your team. All the staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. In particular, we would like to commend Mr. Ollie Atienza, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. His warm assistance left a lasting impression on us. We are also thankful to your team for making our father’s birthday more special during our stay. It meant a lot to our family and added to the memorable experience we had at your hotel. Overall, everything about our stay was excellent, and we would be more than happy to return. We look forward to your future promotions so that we can plan another memorable visit with our family. Thank you once again for providing us with such a wonderful experience.

Bulabog Beach Boracay Island|1.36km from city center
The hotel was great, the location suited our purpose perfectly as it had its own beach, had a decent breakfast, was close to the main markets, the staff was friendly, and the routes were accessible. They even had shuttles going to the mall outside, a photo for the schedules has been attached. We didn't take a lot of photos because of how much there was to do and see just in the hotel itself. There were a few negatives, but the positives outweighed them enough for the negatives to be ignored. The hotel has very little elevator access and most rooms require stairs to reach with the availability of an elevator, and you have to walk a lot from place-to-place, and the shuttles usually have a long wait time. The Kusine de Augusta is tipping towards the better side, though we didn't try any other restaurants there. The pools are really fun, though most of the public bathrooms were kind of bad. The beach has a beautiful North-East facing horizon with the famous Keyhole facing the East which makes it beautiful during sunrise. The nearby market has amazing options with one of our favourite place's photo attached. The resort staff, especially the security, are extremely kind and helpful. The food and drinks on the beach only accept cash. The foam pool party was very fun and a new experience, but the lifeguard will only tick you off and not help, proven by my sister choking once and me choking, no exaggeration, 4 times. Make sure to explore all the places, as each one has it's own charm. Overall, it's a great place for a laidback and relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning. What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free. At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after. A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them — a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness. Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Awesome clean, very good location. Though not on the beach but just 3 min walk to beach. All employees are well behaved and courteous. Booked two rooms for 5 nights and found the towels have stains some days. Hand towels are provided on request. Rooms are cleaned once a day whenever requested. Very good attitude but they sometimes do not or forget to refill the amenities, upon informing immediately takes action. Though not a big issue, but they do not provide Wellcome drinks and even do not provide water to drink even your are thirsty before checkin. This is inhumane. They also did not provide extra glass in room for guests visiting us repeatedly. Do not believe they do not have extra glass. Breakfast is only Philippine food, everyday almost same. One day they served us grilled chicken for us since beef was in the menu for breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel 😊

We’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights. The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM. Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by. We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms. Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten. Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

The in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool). We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service. If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive. The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

The second time I stayed at Exploration. It is a worry-free choice to stay at Exploration in Boracay. It is located in S1, which is relatively quiet, the beach quality is also good, and there is free airport pick-up and drop-off. In addition, the attitude of every service staff I met is super nice~ Although the swimming pool is not big, there is a hot spring pool next to it, and it is still very comfortable to soak in it; there are not many types of breakfast, and the more popular dishes are not available if you go too late; the room is quite large, but if you are sensitive to light, remember to bring an eye mask, because the room uses roller blinds, which do not block light and leak light seriously, so you don’t sleep well, and you are very tired when you go to bed late and wake up early. The shower water pressure is sufficient, which is great~ After all, it is important to take a comfortable hot bath. If the room can be replaced with blackout curtains, I think I will choose Exploration again when I go to Boracay next time.

Our room had everything we needed, even two sinks. The view from the room wasn't great, but the rooftop offers fantastic views of both the sunsets and the beach. There's a pool on the top floor where you can also get towels. If you need beach towels, just tell them your room number, and they'll hand them to you on the right as you exit the hotel. The hotel is quite worn out and, especially during holidays, not worth the money. Our room was in building B; it was spacious and quiet, making for a comfortable sleep. However, the windows faced an alley between buildings, so very little daylight entered. The air conditioning worked well but was very noisy. The internet worked fine in the lobby and on the beach, but it was very weak in the room. There are a few sun loungers and cushions on the beach, but you need to claim them by 8 AM, or even earlier. By 9 AM, everything is usually taken. The loungers don't have soft mattresses. You can get beach towels and mats from the lobby if you don't manage to get a sun lounger. There's an infinity pool on the rooftop where you can watch the sunset away from the crowds, but there are only a few loungers there too, so you also need to get there early. Breakfasts include various types of meat, scrambled eggs, rice, fruits, pastries, toast, coffee, some sweets, and vegetables. Overall, you'll be full, but everything is cooked with a lot of oil. I wouldn't recommend having lunch or dinner here or ordering food by the pool; there are many cafes and restaurants nearby where you can eat delicious food. In the evenings, there's always some entertainment at dinner, like music or a fire show. The hotel is located in the most central part of Station 2, just steps from D'Mall, with Epic and Om clubs nearby. However, for us, there were too many people, especially from sunset onwards. There were also many vendors offering their services and goods, which got annoying, and many people just strolling around or sitting on the beach. It was noisy and lacked any sense of privacy. Cleaning consists of changing towels and emptying the trash.

While it is not directly on the sand (you cross a small paved path/road), it feels like a beachfront property. • The Neighborhood: It is much quieter than Station 2 but still walkable (about 10 minutes) to D’Mall. You are also very close to iconic spots like Willy’s Rock and Jonah’s Fruit Shake. • Convenience: There is an Andok’s (famous local roasted chicken) and a 7-Eleven nearby, making late-night snacks very easy to find. 🛏️ Rooms & Amenities The rooms are known for being modern, minimalist, and exceptionally clean, though they vary in size. • Room Types: * Loft Rooms: Popular for groups or families; they utilize vertical space well. • Deluxe/Penthouse: Offer more space and, in some cases, partial views of the ocean. • Key Features: Strong AC (essential in Boracay), surprisingly fast Wi-Fi for the island, and very comfortable bedding. • Note on Accessibility: The hotel does not have an elevator. If you have mobility issues, be sure to request a lower-floor room. ⭐ The Highlights (Pros) • Exceptional Service: This is the most consistent praise in reviews. Guests frequently mention the ”warm welcome” with cold towels and drinks, and security guards who proactively help you cross the street to the beach. • Breakfast: Most bookings include a plated breakfast (Filipino or Continental) served at their partner restaurant, often praised for its quality and view. • Price Point: In an area (Station 1) dominated by expensive luxury hotels like Discovery Shores or Henann Prime, Shore Time offers a similar location for a fraction of the cost. ⚠️ Things to Consider (Cons) • Room Size: Some entry-level rooms (like the Pads or Lofts) can feel a bit snug if you have a lot of luggage. • Road Noise: Because it’s right on the main path, rooms facing the front may pick up some street noise during the day. • No Pool: Unlike the larger resorts, Shore Time does not have a swimming pool. However, with the best part of White Beach right outside, most guests don’t find this to be a dealbreaker. 🏆 Final Verdict Perfect for: Budget-conscious couples, small families, or solo travelers who prioritize a clean room and a prime Station 1 location over resort-style facilities like pools or gyms. Skip if: You want a ”secluded” resort experience or require an elevator and sprawling garden grounds. My recent stay at The District was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request — big or small. The room was immaculately clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with all the comforts I could ask for. Every detail, from the crisp linens to the thoughtful amenities, made my stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. One of the standout features of my stay was the excellent customer service. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. They made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch — from the well-maintained fitness center to the cozy lounge and delightful dining options. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices. Overall, my time at The District was truly splendid. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, class, and outstanding service. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We just got back from the paradise island of Boracay! It's the best place on Earth! We spent a long time choosing a hotel and made the perfect choice with One Crescent Hotel 🥰👌. It's located in a quiet, cozy spot, surrounded by lots of trees and greenery. A charming path leads to the hotel, and I absolutely loved walking this route to the beach, past the church. The walk to the sea is very convenient, just 5 minutes, and the best part is that we arrived right at Boracay Island's main attraction – Willy's Rock. It's the most beautiful place on White Beach 😍👍, with the softest white sand and incredibly clear, blue sea ❤️. We really loved the hotel. It's a small, 4-story building, with the reception on the ground floor. It’s a quiet and cozy place with incredibly kind and attentive staff who always seem to know what guests need and provide it with maximum convenience and smiles! We especially grew fond of the hotel's administrator, a woman named Ruby. She is so attentive, caring, and kind; she even helped my husband organize my birthday, and it was the best day ever!!! This sweet lady is the heart and soul of this hotel, and our stay was made extra special because of her. We truly felt at home. Breakfasts at the hotel are à la carte, with Filipino, European, and continental options. The portions are generous, we were never hungry! You can also order breakfast to your room. The bed was comfortable, with good bedding and nice white towels (the beach towels were also very decent). There’s a balcony, a fridge, always hot water, a TV where you can connect your phone to watch whatever you want, and a smart speaker. You can also send clothes for laundry. The hotel provides beach mats, which is very convenient since there are hardly any sun loungers on the beach. We are really looking forward to returning and will definitely choose this cozy hotel again!!! I highly recommend it; it’s an excellent choice – great value for money, quality, location, and of course, the wonderful people who work there. We already miss you all so much! ❤️

The hotel is close to the beach but the road to the beach is disgusting . It is one of the worst roads to the beach I have ever seen during my travels around the world. The road to the beach looks like it was after the III world war. It is worse than fawela in Rio de Janeiro. I cannot believe that the Philippines people live like this. Ext to the best Beach in the world! The hotel architecture is nice, paint for white color. In my room number 110 everything is fine apart from two white paint touches that look new and are not composed with original paintings. The people who work in this hotel are nice and Friendly. Hotel staff service only breakfast in the morning after that it's not possible to buy any food only drink. Do not drink complimentary powder coffee inside the room because it tastes like xxx. Internet speed is acceptable for social media users. I can resend this hotel only if you are willing to taxi to the beach because the road to the beach and main road looks like a big trap

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, largely because of its excellent location and attentive service. The hotel is ideally situated close to the beach and right in the center of the area, making it very convenient to get around. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, and the hop-on hop-off bus stop is just a short walk away, which made sightseeing very easy. The staff truly stood out during our stay. Everyone was very accommodating, friendly, and maasikaso, always ready to assist with requests and make sure we were comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. While the furnishings and overall look are a bit dated, everything was well maintained and functional. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping the room tidy throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The buffet breakfast was good and satisfying. The selection usually included around three main dishes, soup, eggs, bread, and fresh fruits. While the choices were not extensive, the food was decent and enough to start the day. The only downside for us was the television—it was quite small, and the picture quality was not very good. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay.

Really lovely hotel, good gym, the swimming pool area is amazing. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. The only thing we found a bit of a let down was the excessive deposit charge, 2,000 peso a night which takes between 15 to 30 days to be refunded back to your card.

We were checked in an hour early. The hotel and our room were clean, the staff was friendly, and towels were changed daily. They also provide separate towels for the beach. Breakfast was a buffet style. We had no issues with hot water or water pressure. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Now, for the things we didn't like. There's a rooster next door at a local's house that loves to crow starting at 2 AM. I slept with earplugs, so the rooster didn't bother me too much. Sometimes there was noise from drilling and loud people on the street, but that's not the hotel's fault. The room was cozy, but the balcony and inside felt a bit cramped. Breakfast had fruits and a small selection of food. The breakfast could be upgraded to excellent if there was an egg station where you could get fresh omelets made. The bed linen was clean but outdated and pilled. We would still return and recommend this hotel.

Usually they write about some disadvantages, but I would like to leave a positive review without any shortcomings. 1. Staff. Having visited many countries, I can definitely say that no one treated me with such warmth as in this country. They were ready to do everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 2. Cleanliness. Every day they came and cleaned the room. 3. Location. You need to walk through the construction site for literally 2 minutes and you will find yourself on the embankment, essentially this is the first line, so you don’t need to walk far. 4. Buffet. You can always find something for yourself, even though it is small. We also ordered food from the hotel menu for lunch/dinner. It was very tasty, the portions are large, you won’t regret it! Special thanks to the staff, they took great care of us in many ways. If we come back we will 100% stay with you. We wish decent guests and prosperity to your hotel.

The best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

Our recent stay at Astoria Boracay was a fantastic experience for our family trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to accommodate us. The location is unbeatable—right on Station 1's beautiful beachfront, which is perfect for families looking to avoid the more crowded areas of Boracay. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean. They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and we loved the beach-inspired decor that felt cozy and tropical. The pool area was another highlight for the kids, and there were plenty of lounge chairs for us to relax while they enjoyed the water. Breakfast was a treat every morning with a great selection of local and international dishes that catered to all our tastes. The building itself can be updated but for the price of our stay with breakfast included I’d say it was well worth it. The food in the restaurant was fantastic! They’re very delicious we even had dinner there 3 nights in a row. I wonder why not many people eat there more. Maybe because they get put off by the lack of variety in the buffet breakfast.
