Join composer Gawain Hewitt for an immersive workshop at the Bethlem Gallery in Beckenham, exploring the captivating relationship between music and visual art. This unique opportunity allows participants to delve into the intricate interplay between these two creative forms.
During the workshop, attendees will have the chance to engage with inspiring musical compositions curated by Gawain himself. Working closely with both Gawain and the gallery team, participants will be encouraged to express their own artistic response through the creation of a mesmerizing graphic music score or visual artwork.
Please note that there are two workshop sessions available: one from 11am to 1pm, and another from 2pm to 4pm. It is essential to register for the preferred session as spaces are limited and the demand is high. Each participant will receive a payment of £50 for their valuable time and contribution.
To further enrich the experience, a captivating performance by Gawain will take place later in the evening at 6pm. This will be followed by an engaging discussion, allowing attendees to gain deeper insights into the intricate world of music and visual art. Please note that this performance is a separate event and requires separate ticket booking, which can be accessed through our website.
