Riding a bike on dirt is so much fun. We all need more fun. My name is Lee McCormack, and I'm the Lee in Lee Likes Bikes. I've been riding bikes for 50 years.Identified as a cyclist for 38 years.Cycling author (11 books so far), inventor and instructor for 23 years.And I love it more than ever!I will humbly say I am a World Class Expert at Having Fun Riding Bikes — any bikes on any terrain — and I love sharing the love. Here's what we're gonna do together: We'll meet at the world class Valmont Bike Park*, in the paved lot by the dog park. About the hostBine Roth (Tutor of Textiles MA) Bine Roth is a material specialist and jewellery designer.They hold a BA in Jewellery and an MA in Textiles and Mixed Media from the Royal College of Art. She combines a knowlegde of jewellery with textiles and technology. She has worked with jewellery designers Scott Wilson and Saskia Diez and the innovative London-based design consultancy Hirsch & Mann, while co-directing the business Peut-Porter. Her strengths and interests lie in combining traditional materials with contemporary techniques in future-facing production and material making. Through her research, she explores the body in the digital age, developing materials, textiles and artefacts using digital and bespoke manufacturing skills. Bine has experience of and expertise in smart textiles, engaging with VR/AR projects and has worked on international community and public engagement projects. Bine has previously taught, lectured and held workshops at institutions in the UK and internationally. Other events at the RCAWe are continually adding to our diverse programme of events: conversations on key topics such as funding advice and portfolio development, symposia, exhibitions, open days and more. Many are free and open to the public.

Demo our latest ultrarunning shoes, the Prodigio Pro, at 5pm for a group trail run 5:30-6:30pm(Summer Run Series Group RunWeek 2!). The Athlete Panel (6:30-7:30pm) will feature Leadville winners and veterans Anton Krupicka, Clare Gallagher, and Ryan Smith. We will cover race day advice, fueling, crewing, training, injury prevention, gear, motivation, pacing, altitude, shoe choice, as well as audience Q&A.
