"On Top of the Pyramid: The Civilization of Ancient Egypt" is the fourth exhibition in the Shanghai Museum's "Dialogue with the World" cultural relics and art exhibition series. It will be grandly opened at the People's Square Pavilion on July 18, 2024 and open to the public on July 19. As the world's largest and Asia's highest-level overseas exhibition of ancient Egyptian cultural relics in history, the exhibition brings together 492 groups of 788 precious cultural relics from different periods of ancient Egyptian civilization, of which more than 95% are in cooperation with the capital of the Egyptian government. The exhibition will last for 13 months, fully revealing the appearance of ancient Egyptian civilization and its archaeological discoveries to the audience, and promoting mutual learning between Chinese and Egyptian civilizations.

The Lost Pharaohs exhibition is a 45-minute immersive exploration experience. It will take visitors to visit the first of the Seven Wonders of the World - the Pyramid of Khufu. In addition to being able to walk in the 1:1 restored "Pyramid of Khufu" and get a close look at the internal structure and historical context of the pyramid, visitors can also explore areas that have never been open to the public, and even travel back 4,500 years to unveil the mysterious veil of ancient Egyptian civilization. During the tour, visitors can experience the thrill of climbing to the top of the Great Pyramid and overlooking the panoramic view of the Giza Plateau, and can also go back to the Fourth Dynasty to sail on the Nile River on a solar boat and appreciate the Unlimited beauty. Immersive Exploration is a unique VR experience mode. During the 45-minute experience, viewers can walk freely in the space and visit world attractions in the same way as in real life. Immersive Exploration also supports multi-player teaming, moving forward in the scene together and sharing the exploration experience. Members can talk and interact with each other. The "Lost Pharaoh" is academically guided by the Harvard University Giza Archaeological Project Team to ensure that all details and descriptions in the project are in line with the research certification of archaeologists. The exhibition data is based on on-site holographic scans of the interior and surrounding environment of the pyramid, and is reconstructed and restored with 1:1 high precision on the virtual engine.

In 2024, Shanghai Rockbund Art Museum is proudly launching a new long-term project, the Semi-Permanent Occupy Initiative, which invites the most creative minds of our time to offer alternative definitions of museum spaces traditionally seen as marginal.

The "Audrey Hepburn's Intimate Journey" memorial exhibition, initiated by Hepburn's eldest son Sean Hepburn Ferrer, will join hands with the world's leading elite women's growth and social platform-HEROSE CLUB, to present the extraordinary journey of this era icon at the Central Plaza of the Bund in Shanghai on November 8, 2024. This Shanghai exhibition is also the debut of "Audrey Hepburn's Intimate Journey" in China. The exhibition invited Giovanni Cerea, an international designer and curator who currently cooperates with more than 40 international brands such as LouisVuitton, Prada, Ferragamo, Rolex, etc., to serve as the curator. Kaixin Mahua's new masterpiece "Becoming Immortal" is being performed at Ruihong Tiandi Moon Bay.
