Would use Trip again for car hire as this order was easy from searching on the site to collection to completion of the hire and dropping the vehicle off. All done with no hassle.
Ordered on the website and got confirmation of the selected vehicle type, selected insurance cover and vehicle hire steps for both collection, contact information and requirements for handing back.
I received a phonecall the day before to confirm hire was still on and checking I was arriving as planned from the nominated hire company.
On the hire day, turned up and did spend about 10 mins signing in and sorting driving licence details before collecting vehicle but all good. Also confirmed what was purchased and the details as selected. No conflicts or amendments needed.
Hire car was ready as planned and left the hire station 10 mins early but this is reflected in the hire time to return 10 mins early.... So no extra time...just timed as you have on the hire details.

It was a pleasant surprise to get new Renault AstralE car for Rental. Car was spacious and fabulous to drive.
Inbuilt google integration meant my maps were quickly transferred from Phone.
Only negatives were Car wasn`t cleaned from outside and petrol was not filled full but 3/4 which makes it difficult to judge at return.
Else we were quite satisfied with overall experience.

Interior is clean. Exterior not as clean but it was raining so it's all good for me.
For pickup, took less than 10 minutes getting all the paper work done and car ready to go.
Drop off at the airport in early hours was painless.
