Very responsive, good service and very kind person in charge. Deposit RM100.00 in cash is required and rest assure, it wil be returned to you the same note, as it is when you return the car. Full tank of petrol was provided, and all u need to do is to fill up the tank before you return it to the owner. No huustlr at all. Keep it up!!

Highly recommended! It was definitely worth it as I got a much better price compared to other platforms. I booked an Alza, but they upgraded me to an Innova at no extra charge, which was a great surprise. The pickup and return process was very easy and hassle-free. The car was well-maintained and in good condition throughout the trip. After returning the car with the same fuel level and without any issues, my booking deposit was refunded promptly. Overall, it was a smooth and excellent rental experience!

They WhatsApp me a day before my departure to check for my flight number and guide me to wait at gate 2. The guy was friendly and attentive, he collected RM200 cash as deposit. The car with some scratches and little dented but overall in good condition. The cleanliness of the car is acceptable but there is dirt (look sticky like melting gels in round shape) on the windscreen at the driver side and also on the top of the dashboard. No idea what that is and we don't dare to touch it. While driving on the 1st day, the indicator shows the low battery of the car key, the guy said it shouldn't be an issue as long as we can still start the car engine. On the 4th day morning, the car key battery died, we called them to provide us with a spare key. When the guy arrived at our hotel, he first said that he will change a Toyota Innova for us, we refused, because Innova is smaller than Serena. So we asked him to buy a battery in the DIY shop, only then he take out the battery from his pocket 😅
