I booked a Nissan Serena but got a Hyundai H1. I understand that they're the same type of car. The issue is that the H1 I got doesn't have a rear camera, only sensors. Since the car is quite large, reversing and parking without a rear camera is extremely difficult. If you're going to replace the car with the same type, you should include the necessary interchangeable parts. Additionally, the left sliding door is very difficult to open and close. My girlfriend used it for five days and her arm hurt. I'd appreciate it if you could get it repaired.

This is a reliable car rental shop with parking and a counter right at Chiang Rai Airport. I recommend renting here, but be warned: the shop will charge your credit card 5,000 baht (which is more expensive than I've rented from in many other provinces). The staff said that if there are any blemishes, they will immediately charge you 5,000 baht (I've never encountered this before). Overall, the car is okay, the service is okay, but the conditions are a bit harsh. Real review!

Upgraded to City. Staff are enthusiastic in providing good service. Pick up quickly. Office is in front of the airport. Driver picks up and takes to the airport free of charge. There is a car condition check before pick up. The process is not complicated. Total time to pick up the car is not more than 10 minutes.
