This is the cleanest hotel with the friendliest and most consistent cleaning I've experienced in Peru. The water pressure is strong and the breakfast is okay. The location is also good. Better managed than 5 star, the Mercure Ariosto Lima is a hotel you'll want to visit again.

We wanted a hotel super close to the airport and this hotel was the perfectly located for that. At barely 5 minutes away from the airport, it was super easy to get to. They even run an airport drop-off shuttle every 15 minutes. The breakfast is great and the rooms are clean and appropriately set up. The only concern I had was that it took close to 15 minutes before we could be checked-in at about midnight because there was only one person running the front desk when all these travelers were coming in.

The facility and location is indeed good. But I had a terrible experience regarding the booking and the payment. I already made the prepaid payment and it was deducted in my account already. The hotel asked for a guarantee payment since they did not receive the payment from trip. Until now, I’m still waiting for the refund of the guarantee payment from the hotel. It seems that Sheraton and Trip are coordinating very slow. Still waiting for the refund.

Location is unbeatable right in the Miraflores neighborhood. We stayed on the floor where all the rooms was newly renovated so that was very nice. Pool was closed for some reason, the spa locker rooms didn’t seem that lux. Staff were ok, nothing special, felt business-y and not very personal. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very good and the service is welcoming, but similar prices can live in westin or hilton. This evaluation is abnormally high. The hotel is very good, but it is a mid-range hotel. The quality is not so misleading (like me).

To be honest, this hotel has a big gap compared to Cusco Marriott. The waiter's attitude is a bit arrogant. Without Marriott's kindness, patience and fast speaking. There are also many cost-effective hotels in this area.

Very pleasant experience, good location, safe surrounding environment, many Chinese restaurants. The hotel breakfast is OK, my favorite passion fruit, sweet. The room is large, fully equipped, mini pool, gym are good. It is worth recommending friends who come to Lima for business.
