Lovely hotel. Although the staff were extremely friendly at reception, there was an issue with them saying I hadn’t paid and I had paid directly through Trip.com, there was no questions on checking out and just had to pay the city tax. Lovely big room which had an upstairs and balcony, think it was a family room as beds upstairs. Be warned the bath is very high and I fell out of the bath because I am short! Even my partner who is over 6 foot said it was high. Very clean, nice bar staff at bar. Swimming pool is nice but did get extremely busy. It is quite a walk from from the town 15-20 mins. Would go back and stay again.

Front desk staff, Tiddy, waited me one hour after the usual closing time. He speaks fluent English and is very friendly. The parking is a little tricky. If you’re lucky, you can park your car free of charge after certain hour until 8:30 next morning on the street in front of the hotel. After 8:30, paying for two more hours at the machine, you can park till 10:30. I like the device which blows out hot air in the bathroom. Other amenities are very basic. Minimal in my opinion. I gave a 5/5 considering the price and the service I received.

Great for a few nights stay. Central to everything beach and town. We booked a superior room which was modern and clean but a little small. The Bathroom was functional and clean but again very small. Overall great place to get your head down for a mini break. All staff from cleaners to reception friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a stopover or a few nights stay.

The hotel is well located, secure, the room spacious and clean, the staff welcoming and smiling. The breakfast buffet is huge with a wide choice, sweet and savory and drinks. We had a pleasant weekend. We will return there with great pleasure. Bonus for the beach 20 minutes walk away.

We spent just 1 night there in transit. The Room was clean and tidy. Everything you needed was in there. Nice friendly staff. Excellent Parking and security too. Close to Restaurants and shops to distract the kids. We went to the Chinese Buffet Grill (3 minutes walk from the Hotel) and it was superb... Highly recommended...!!!

Location was just what we wanted close to our favorite watering holes. Just down the road from ferry terminal. Within easy reach of shopping centers be they Cite Europe or Auchan in Cochelles. Would stay there again on our next visit.

Very nice hotel, perfect location, convenient for shopping. Large, very comfortable room. Breakfast was somehow disappointing. Limited selection of food. The lower star rating hotels within the vicinity offer much more for breakfast. All in all, we would come again.

Many comments say that this is not good, that is not good, I say a few points. First, the location is excellent, the bay, most people who go to Dunkirk drive, it is convenient to go anywhere. Second, the parking lot is free, knock the key point, free. This is Europe, quite rare. Third, the price is about 500, absolutely close to the people. Fourth, the bed is small, but the double bed can be put together, at least a king bed, this price is worth encouraging. But if you want to pursue a holiday, the Great Retreat Beach Radisson 200 euros a night with 15 euros plus parking is also great value.
