This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

The hotel counter is a Chinese-speaking sister, very kind! The second night of the stay was very late because of the hotel, and there was only an izakaya left in the nearby restaurant! We can't speak Japanese, can't communicate, sister took the initiative to take us in to do translation order, really people feel very touched! But she said she would be home by March next year! The breakfast Aqi is also very kind, always asking if you want to add rice and soup! Although the price is high, the quality is very good!

The accommodation is old but traditional. Don't expect modern amenities here as compared to those in the mainland. However, the service was exceptional and staff here are very friendly and extremely helpful where they will go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The staff went out of the way to give me a lift to the port on both days as I was unable to rent a car, and also changed my room from futon to bed to accommodate my physical condition.

To be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate. There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

This is my third time staying here. I stay here every year during the Kamiari Festival. It's in front of the station, so there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There is a large public bath, and they offer free midnight noodles and ice cream. I like how polite the front desk staff are. I'd like to stay here again next year.

Owner is generous leaving a lot of titbits for guests. But on the last day of stay, it was hot at night and realised no aircon and lights after I came out from morning shower before check out. I had to have my breakfast in dark using toilets light at the side. Ended up left early although my train was at 11+. No place to really shops around so have to wait at station for my train.

The location is first-rate, 3 minutes walk from the JR train station, but you have to go down 2 flights of stairs to get to the hotel lobby, and you have to go up the stairs when you check out. It's impossible to move a 20kg luggage, which is a bit of a deduction. Breakfast and dinner are included, and the variety is not very rich, but it's not bad. It's a very traditional Japanese business hotel style. The facilities are a little old, but the hygiene is OK. The cost performance is very high

The Ryugu mixed bathing hot spring is very comfortable and there are free skin care products. The staff service is also very good. The store manager has a very good attitude. The hotel is good, (I met a Fujian counter lady to explain the guide clearly) Although it is about 27 minutes walk from Songjiang Station, it is a bit far away, which is ok for me. To go to Izumodashe, you can walk to Lake Hot Spring Station for about 10 minutes. First of all, there are amenities at the front desk. There is a facility application form. The facilities are unparalleled. I live in a different building and the room is clean. The bathtub in the room is big enough For baths, there is a large public bath. The big bath is large and, considering the time, very few people use it, so it is very comfortable. Or rather, I didn’t see anyone. Located on the top floor of the main building, the view is great. I decided to stay at this hotel and even rent bicycles! And it's free!!
