The hotel is very comfortable, the waiter's attitude is very good, the room is very good, but the Japanese restaurant experience is too bad, the waiter is seriously unfriendly to Chinese people, we 6 people spent 8,000 RMB dinner 🍾️ the product is not sorry for the charge, the service attitude is not friendly, Chinese people are friends all over the world, can you be more friendly

Very comfortable hotel experience, we stayed for two nights. This home is not central in the daylight, but not far from the main attractions. After booking, the hotel will send an email to inform you of the check-in details. Upon arrival at the Nikko Station, you will be picked up by car. Checkin first sent a drink, sparkling champagne and matcha are very good, and the 跪 service is very thoughtful. We chose two Western-style beds plus tatami. The name of the guest will be affixed to the door of the room. The two people sleep very much. The outside is a beautiful courtyard view. Each room has an independent hot spring. In fact, there are basically no people in the big bath. (Because the hotel rooms are not too much), they are basically exclusive. At the hotel, I tasted two Kaiseki dinners and breakfasts. The patterns were different and the roads were delicious. Each room was arranged in a small box and the privacy was very good. In the morning, there are milk and wheat tea in the hot springs. In the morning, I can go to the sights to play and there are cars that can be sent to the Toshogu Shrine. In the afternoon, I am tired and make a phone call. I immediately have a car to pick up the cards at the designated place. It is also very thoughtful. In short, it is definitely a good hotel that I would recommend to my friends.

I went with 4 family members. It was cheap for half board per night, so I was a little worried, but I was worried. The room had the next room like a mahjong room. It was a room that I had been to a company on a employee trip around the Showa era. It was old, but there was no problem with cleaning, and the mountain stream was overlooked and the view was good. The meal is buffet style. Alcohol is an extra charge, and there is an all-you-can-drink plan for 60 or 90 minutes, and it is better for those who say that it is alcohol. I had a 90-minute all-you-can-drink plan and enjoyed eating for 90 minutes. There were quite a few types of dinner and breakfast, and I enjoyed various things according to my taste. Maybe it was due to the time, but the meal and the hot springs were soaked that I was able to relax.

The building itself is old, but the service was good. Free service for beer and cherry blossoms in the lounge. It's a buffet at night and in the morning, but I was surprised at the abundant number of items. All-you-can-drink soft drinks during buffet. It looks beautiful because it replenishes food before it disappears one after another. The image of the Viking has changed. It was good to have a bath and an open-air bath. The free massage chair was also very good.

Arrived at Hotel and parked the rental car in the car park for free. Staff were very efficient and check in was very quick. Japan is still very Covid conscious and masks are worn everywhere. We were advised that there were were facilities for making Tea/ coffee in the room and that we should take any provisions required (for free) from the table arranged in the lobby i.e. tea / coffee / toothbrushes..etc. Room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed and lovely en-suite- lovely deep bath (shower fixings would be low for taller individuals). They had an evening bar and Onsen (natural hot water spring separate for males and females). They had a restaurant that provided an extensive buffet menu for breakfast - very tasty, and they had a select menu for the evenings and what we tried was very tasty also. The staff in the Hotel and restaurant were most friendly and encouraged me when I attempted some Japanese words. A very lovely start to our holiday in Japan - Thank you for your hospitality, we would happily stay here again

I used it on a family trip. I rent a car in front of Kinugawa Onsen station, climb the mountain road for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, and I was shaken by the transfer bus of the inn from there to the parking lot of the woman husband, and climbed for about 30 minutes and finally arrived . The room is a log house Japanese room. It is a good feeling with large, clean and warm! Later I heard that it is made of large trees made in Canada. Heating was only one large oil stove, but the air was circulated by the sealing fan of the ceiling and it was warm enough. There was no TV that seemed to be in the previous information. There is no refrigerator. The bath went to each 々 inner bath early to wash the body first, and I and my son went to the open-air bath at 21 o'clock after eating, and my wife and mother-in-law were dedicated to women. Because it was night, I couldn't enjoy the surrounding scenery very much, but the open-air bath in the cold air in the first winter was pleasant. The meal is also a log house type rest house. Inabe main, deer tatting, cherry blossom salt baking and mountain dishes. I had a cherry blossom bone sake with 2 x 4 in the plan, so I enjoyed it slowly. At night, when I went out and looked up at the sky, the star of the sky was full! It was the first time to see the starry sky so far, so I was very impressed. 2 starry sky appreciation near 0 o'clock. At that time I was able to see the stars!! In a moment, I felt like ”is it now?” 3 times. The next morning, I had a delicious breakfast and sent me to the woman's husband's parking lot by the first transfer bus at 9 o'clock. On the return flight, the driver guided and there was a service to stop the car at the scenic spot on the way. In other words, all the water in the inn was spring water, so the water from the faucet of the room was delicious without miscellaneous taste. The water was also released from all the water supply in the building to prevent the water pipe from frozen and bursting at this time. The sale of sake in the building was only Asahi super dry by vending machine. If you want to drink in the room, please buy it first.

I arrived at 20 by shuttle bus from Tobu Nikko Station. 15 I was able to enter the room after 15 and the meal was buffet style and all-you-can-drink. Beer, wine, sake and shochu were all surprised by my first experience. After the hot water, there was a soft drink and alcohol free drink, and there was a midnight snack service after 21, and it was a Sunday stay, but I was satisfied! The bath was from 15:00 to 24:00, and in the morning from 5, and in the morning bath of 5 30, I was impressed to see the sea of clouds from the open-air bath on the roof!

Took the hotel pick up shuttle at the Nikko JR station, it took about 5 minutes to reach the hotel. There are quite a number of shops and restaurants nearby the hotel. The famous Toshogu which is the tomb of Tokugawa Ieyasuis located within 20 minutes with walk, and the Shinkyo bridge is even closer. The hotel is hiding up hill at the end of the main onsen street with not many rooms. Check in was smooth, we were offered a hot tea while waiting in the lobby lounge. We booked a rather big room located at the end of the hallway, with separate living room and bedroom. The bedroom has the western style beds and the massage lounger. The public bath is located further down the way through an outdoor walkway. The public bath and outdoor bath is relatively small but there are not many people using it. We are having the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The serving of yuba is interesting, you are given the food material and the stove to cook for yourself and served hot. We have the luxury dinner on the second night so we were seated inside a private room overlooking the garden. The food is sumptuous and well worth the money. There are quite many foreign customers patronizing the hotel during the period.

DdelbertThe house is very comfortable and clean. Many thoughtful amenities provided in a clean and modern unit for the comfort of guests. My kids especially enjoyed the Japanese room. We are very satisfied with this stay and would happily return. Check in is fully automated and pretty cool via iPad
CchenyuhangYou can cook indoors, barbecue outdoors, artificial hot springs, and kitchen tools are all available. There is a small supermarket 200 meters away. If you have a car, there is a large supermarket one kilometer away. It is recommended for those who want to rent a car or travel by car.
JJUNKOWe had a corner room on the first floor, but we were able to spend the night there without worrying about the sound of footsteps, which we had been worried about.
We were very happy to find a coffee machine, a washing machine with dryer, and a projector in the bedroom, which we hadn't used much.
The futons were two thin mattresses (double size?), which seemed fine for children to use, but my husband and I were worried about back pain, so we used the beds. The beds were comfortable.
The bath water could be filled with water by turning on the plug and switching it on, and if it was too hot, we could use the cold water tap to adjust the water temperature.
After getting out of the bath, my body felt warm for a while, and although it was an artificial hot spring, I could really feel the difference from usual.
There were few explanations for each, but it was written clearly everywhere. If there were any things that were difficult to understand, we could ask (by video call) on the tablet provided, so we didn't have any trouble. We were treated well.
This time, we only used the convenience store (Seven), but there was also a *****tore within walking distance that was open from morning until late at night, which was very helpful. I would like to try other places as well.
