Caserta Apartments

We gave this hotel one star, and that was for housekeeping because they were great! We had a south facing room which faced the square. Because of the transition in seasons, the air conditioning was not yet operational. When we asked about possibly getting a fan for our room the woman at the front desk laughed at us. Saying it wasn’t hot for them. (the hotels we’ve stayed at subsequent to this had no problem with offering and supplying us with a fan) This left us no choice, but to leave the windows open at night and being on the square it was very noisy at night. Breakfast is served until 10 AM, we generally arrived at about 9:15 AM, when we asked about items that were empty such as bread, rolls, or ham and cheese we were told there was no more. We made the mistake of having dinner at the hotel restaurant, my husband ordered a steak medium rare, and it was served well done and charred.. All in all a bad experience. We spent five nights at this hotel, it was five nights too many!!

Qualified staff available and always careful ! The new top rooms are well made ! No more moquette is present but a splendid parquet, completely refurbished ! Note negative forget the boxes , they have been removed and replaced with metal layers that give a sense of disorder and in the shower there is no longer a shampoo shower layer!

The Vanvitelli is a very nice hotel.... The structure is an old house with a large courtyard which was converted into a lounge with cover over the 4th floor with a huge crown light hanging in the middle. The rooms are spacious and clean....

It is the level of a fast hotel. It is convenient to make a tip on the road back to Rome. When I first came out of the hotel, the surroundings were dark and it felt very unsafe. I wanted to go to Carrefour to buy something to eat so I went back to the hotel to bear it. Then go out and turn right, turn left at the intersection, and walk to Carrefour. After a 5-minute walk, I arrived at Carrefour and the street became more popular. I took the courage to walk for about 5 minutes and enter the local pedestrian street. Just in time for the weekend, there were more and more people, and I found an inconspicuous restaurant. As a result, the more people came into the night, it turned out to be a small bar for local young people to have supper. I drank a lot and went back to the hotel to sleep, and had a hotel breakfast the next day, which was also a fast hotel standard, *return to Rome. It can only be said that it is a good place to live, no surprises and not too bad.

Used as a breaking stage of a long journey (reserved directly via email because there was no longer available on Booking) we start with a little embarrassment in the need to communicate that there is partly water in the refrigerator bar of the room consumed. It is not the first hotel that has no pins/tapperels to dark the infixes but if you put the thick tent, you need to check it all on (and don't think more points)... Otherwise it is useless! Then ... Why should the refrigerator (in the centre of the room and 1m from the ground) have the glass box? .. to have this light that breaks all night? The shower: it is more water absorbed by the wall (proofed by the bundle of the wall of the entrance) than that goes out of the shower! And finally ... because I have to choose the night first thing I want to breakfast (with a little choice) ? However ... comfortable the location in the centre and 2 steps from the Reggia!

Generally speaking, the hotel is not too high in terms of location and cost performance, and the reservation for this trip is seriously inconsistent with the reservation description. The triple room is just two beds in an ordinary standard room, and it is OK to bring children. After negotiating with the hotel, They said that this is Ctrip’s tagging error, and it has nothing to do with them. There is nothing to do. Fortunately, Ctrip is also positive about the matter and handles it properly, and it doesn’t affect the mood too much.

L'Hotel è vicinissima alla Reggia di Caserta ed è formidabile, pulito, ordinato, il personale gentilissimo e cortese con i clienti sempre pronti per qualunque esigenza. Abbiamo trascorso due notti in una camera molto pulita accogliente e spaziosa, cosa che non si vede in molti altri hotel. Grazie di cuore per le magnifiche giornate.
