very satisfied with my stay, we arrived around 8 p.m. the check-in service was closed but we still found staff who helped us and showed us our room. even though there was no one at reception we would follow the instructions sent by email for late arrivals like ours. the staff is friendly and kind and the room is clean with a view of the street and the tram which passes right next to the residence. I highly recommend this establishment*****t.

The perfect location in strasbourg. Walking distance to Hermes and Louis Vuitton, as well as Galeries Lafayette. The staff was so friendly, The Aircond was spoiled during check in and she immediately help us to solve the problem. Definitely will book again if I come to strasbourg in future.

It only takes one minute to get there from the nearest station, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind even as a single woman. It was also close to the Arc de Triomphe, so you could walk there if you wanted to! The room was a good size and clean!

Joyce and Vietnamese lady managing the reception, have uplifted the image of this hotel. Their service-oriented attitude and professionalism were impressive. They were helpful and informative. Hotel is centrally located - tram station 2 mins walk; eateries, supermarket, department store are within 5 mins walk. Rooms are clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Strasbourg Station to the hotel. They have two hotels, which are chain stores, about 200 meters away, and you will be randomly assigned to stay in one. The hotel room is about 20 square meters in size. The breakfast is very simple, just bread and drinks, no meat.

Finally we showed up on the day as planned, we got a room and a parking space. It was someone else who took care of us luckily! Why this affront? We would like to know why? Great location, spacious rooms. This room has a small kitchen, a set of utensils, a refrigerator, and an electric stove. A large and comfortable bed, clean sheets, a combined bathroom, all the equipment in the bathroom are in good condition, and the hot water pressure is good.
