The hotel has a great bed. Kitchen with household appliances. but the best the jacuzzi q is very big. the pool is also very good. Breakfast was 10€ separate, and I thought it was okay. Generally Recommended. The only thing we didn't like was that we left a bag with clothes and instead of calling to warn her to get out of the bag and there was no way to recover all the contents of xq was already mixed with other things

Very conveniently located for walks. Staff at reception are very helpful providing lots of advice on walks and things to do. Several walking paths start at the hotel itself. The gym and spa are very well equipped. The restaurant breakfast is fresh tasty and healthy- there is a a la carte breakfast menu with various eggs cheeses sausage options as well as a buffet of fresh bread, fruit, nuts, spreads , cheese sausages etc. The chefs are amazing- the a la carte cooking is top notch ! The rooms are very comfortable and serviced very well each day. The hotel stocks Reverón wines which is owned by the same family who own the hotel - the wines are high quality and very reasonably priced , it is worth touring the Reveron vineyard that you can take a long hike to from the hotel. This hotel is right for those who want to do walking and appreciate nature and good food - not the type of place for a noisy party animal holiday. The roads leading up to the hotel are very winding and we did not like driving on them in the night so made sure to be back at the hotel by around 6:00 pm each day. It would be nice to have more English language options on hotel TV as well football channels like sky sport.

My stay was great, the hotels location was about 15 mins from Tenerife south Airport by taxi which was quite convenient. Hotel was lovely, pool was lovely

The hotel is very well placed. The staff is very attentive and friendly and everything is very clean. I only had breakfast at the hotel and the truth is that they had a wide assortment of products to eat. Regarding the pool, it is very small and in the area where it is located there is not even space for a small bar that serves drinks or snacks. You had to get the drinks out of a vending machine. Nobody controls the pool area so anything can happen and not exactly good. It did not occur to me to take photos of the hotel. The quality/price does not compensate me. There are hotels of the same category in the area with better facilities

We have stayed at this hotel before - about 3 or 4 years ago and enjoyed it so we decided to come back. NEVER AGAIN. The only upside was the lovely smiley receptionist upgraded our room to a very nice suite to recognise our loyalty so I thought we were off to a good start. After that - it was awful. 1. The food isn't great. The freshly cooked meats were always really tough and chewy. Dishes were often cold. 2. The wine is DISGUSTING! On the first night, the red wine was brown and fizzy. We were simply told to use a different tap. The white was just about bearable. You could get drinks in the bar but that didn't open until dinner time so if you wanted a good glass of wine at lunchtime, you had to go without. 3. The pool area was filthy. Old cigarette ends laying around, the areas covered in sand and mud. I mentioned it to the reception desk who said they would send someone to clean - they never did. 4. The sun loungers are filthy. I don't think they have ever been cleaned. 5. We were given bath towels from Tesco as our pool towels so it looked as if we were using towels from our bathroom. 6. The local branded drinks tasted nothing like the proper branded drinks. 7. A lot of staff do not speak English, particularly in the dining area. 8. Glasses were always running out in the dining area. 9. You have to hire a plastic cup to use round the pool. None of the bar staff ever bothered to rinse them. You had to remind them. 10. You get 30 mins for a shower between 1 room when you leave. 11. The outside bar area is so dark, you cannot see anything 12. The reception lounge area was covered in dust 13. The pool bar always had a long queue as it was understaffed. 14. The linen in our room had stains on it. 15. There were cockroaches in the dining room On our last day, we asked to speak to the manager. He could not have been less interested. He just kept telling us that the hotel was the same as it was when we came a few years ago. He did not agree with anything that we said. He was rude and dismissive. He just kept repeating that nothing had changed. He spoke over us. He didn't apologise, he didn't offer to make anything right. In the end, my friend and I just gave up and left the room. I have never been so badly treated by a hotel manager as I did at this hotel. How he got to be the manager is quite unbelievable. I would complain to KN hotels directly but I cannot find an email address to do so but I'll keep looking. Sorry - but this hotel is not worth the money and there are better hotels to choose from.
