Very impressive with service, staff help us to carry the luggages and willing to help us in many ways. From hotel, you can walk to the restaurant nearby while enjoying nice view of the river or you can have dinner at hotel as well. Room is big, nice decoration, clean with cozy bed and big bathroom. Breakfast already included which they served rice porridge, boil egg, milk, bun, steam corn and potato, etc. It took like 15 mins to entrance of Dagu glacier by car, such a convenient.

Let's talk about the good aspects first: the facilities are relatively new, the rooftop restaurant is open until 10pm, which is convenient for travelers, and the price is affordable. The bad aspects: this room is right next to the front desk, it is noisy, and relatively small. Second, it should be solar hot water, but I didn't tell you when I checked in, so there was no hot water when I took a shower late at night. I had to take a shower with cold to warm water on the plateau in the middle of winter, and those who are not in good health will catch a cold. Third, they said they could help me book the Dagu Glacier package at a discounted price. I paid the money, but when I entered the gate the next day, I was told that the ticket was invalid. In the end, I had to go to the ticket office to queue up to buy it myself, which wasted time.

The hotel was new, high-technology and the bed was good however it was not a comfortable stay. Light in front of the bathroom is sensor light so it was constantly on and off when you moving on the bed. Hotel doesn’t use real towel so you have to use the bath robe instead and it is smell of smoke. The hotel was overbooked so they decided to downgrade one of my room saying that I booked lower than the standard rate and my room should be downgraded. That’s made there are no spaces to open the luggage. The owner does not understand the fact that guest should get the room type that they booked no matter the price they paid.

After choosing online for a long time, I finally chose this hotel. The environment is very good. Very clean. The heating is sufficient. The boss was very enthusiastic and gave us cheap ticket prices. I will choose your place next time I come.
