Bathurst Apartments

Oh my goodness - this place is like mum's cuddle. We rang a ton of places hoping one would take dogs and this place not only say they would, they went above and beyond. We arrived soaking wet after a big hike in a storm and they tuned into our needs straight away. They gave us some old towels for the dogs, help getting our stuff dry, a warm welcome ... nothing was too much effort. Kindness costs nothing and means everything. The room was such good value. Basic, comfortable, clean, and perfect for what we needed which was a place to dry off, have a hot shower, a good sleep and a feed nearby. It isn't the Hilton, but you're not paying for that. Yet in terms of service, I'd rate it 5*.

I use Havannah Accommodation to ”work from home” when I need to be in Bathurst for a few days. Rooms are always clean and neat, but what surprised me was the very fast WiFi. Even better than my home office. The desk is roomy and the office chair supplied is great. In other places I usually have to rearrange furniture to get some sort of workable seat/desk arrangement. Bed is nice and soft, but not so soft that you wake up with an aching back. The in-room fridge is handy, especially since Aldi is a few minutes walk away, and the shared dining and lounge area is huge and very well equipped too. There's even an outdoor BBQ area that is under shelter. Easy off-street parking and for those of us with bad knee(s), it's a short, flat walk to reception and the ground floor rooms. I've stayed here maybe a dozen times and never had a complaint. All this for the cheapest place in town. No brainer.

Was in Bathurst for work. We all had nice warm rooms, a hot shower with great water pressure. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning and the bed was comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you

Ian and Youko have been so lovely. This dedicated team works so hard to ensure your stay is pleasant. It's affordable and it resonates with what you would expect from the Best Western brand. Firstly, the rooms are so clean. Ian and Youko put in so much effort on their own backs to make sure the rooms are to spec. Secondly, my colleague and I were welcomed by Ian and we felt like we weren't just another guest in the books. This can be so lost in a lot of hotels/Inns/Motels etc. Lastly, Ian and Youko will help with whatever you need where they can and considering how hard they work, I have to appreciate that effort. I highly recommend this property.

Good location ~ very convenient, there is parking lot ~ East pull room was found again, there is Bible in the room. People who like it very much ~ high quality.

We are locals but our youngest daughter asked for her birthday lunch at the panorama bistro. The last time I had been there was when my father was alive in around Christmas 1998. Dad has actually been gone since 2001. Kiras birthday lunch was lovely. Empty plates due to satisfaction, friendly and efficient service. Rest assured I won't leave it 26 years to come back to the ”pano” as it has become a new family favourite. Take care pano staff!
