We got from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan in 30 minutes. You can order a transfer service at the pier. It’s convenient and fast.

The e-application page for entering Thailand was malfunctioning, and I couldn't fill it out. Scanning the QR code at the airport check-in counter also didn't work! I was frantic when I suddenly found a paid service on Trip.com that could fill out the arrival card for me – very convenient and reasonably priced!
