Hotel promo code is only applicable to pre-pay rooms only. Pay at hotel room types is not applicable. Certain hotels may be excluded from the promotion.
Hotel promo code discount applies to the price after taxes and fees have been applied.
To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Mastercard Credit Card.
Only one (1) qualified UnionBank Mastercard Credit Card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and only one (1) qualified Card may be accepted per Cardholder. Splitting of transaction is not allowed.
Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by partner merchant.
The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services.
Bookings have to be made using an active UnionBank Credit Card in Philippine Peso (“PHP”) only. Other payment methods and currency will not be eligible.
Promo is applicable for both new and existing Trip.com users. For new users, UnionBank Cardholders must sign up for a Trip.com account to be able to use the offers. For existing users, Cardholders must log into their Trip.com account.
If Cardholders change their booking for which used a promo code, that promo code will no longer be valid. To use the promo code again, please cancel the booking and make a new booking within the promotion period. Booking is subject to availability.
Promo code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or Trip Coins.
Different hotels/airline partners may have different cancellation policies. Cardholders are advised to read the cancellation policies for the specific hotels/rooms or flight types on Trip.com before booking.
To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion unless there is fault or negligence attributable to it.
