Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Duration is as follows :
   a) Promotion Period: 1 September 2024 – 30 June 2025 (both dates inclusive)
   b) Stay Period: 1 September 2024 – 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive)
   
2. Metrobank Cardholders would enjoy 5% off hotel booking with no minimum spend with the code: MBTRIPHOTEL
   
3. The discount applies to the price after taxes and fees have been applied
   
4. The hotel promo code is only applicable to pre-pay rooms (excluding rooms on promotion), and transactions made in Philippine Peso (“PHP”)
   
5. Promotion platform: Available for bookings made on Trip.com Philippines website and app through the partner-specific campaign page only at https://ph.trip.com/w/metrobank only. Bookings made via/on other campaign pages or through https://ph.trip.com would not be eligible.
   
6. Payment must be made with a valid and active Metrobank Credit, Debit and Virtual card only. Metrobank Dollar Mastercard and YAZZ Prepaid Visa card will not be eligible
   
7. The promo is valid for both new and existing Trip.com users. For new users, cardholders must sign up for a Trip.com account to be able to use the promo code.
   
8. Different hotels/rooms may have different cancellation policies. Cardholders are advised to read the cancellation policies for the specific hotels/room types on Trip.com before booking.
   
9. If you change a booking for which you used a promo code, that promo code will no longer be valid. To use the promo code again, please cancel the booking and make a new booking within the promotion period. Booking is subject to availability.
   
10. Promo code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins
    
11. Other terms and conditions of the hotel as specified in the promotion platform shall apply.
    
12. To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion.

3. The discount applies to the price before taxes, fees, and surcharges have been applied.
