The room has a great view and a super large balcony. I sit there every day and don't want to go out. The service is also very good. The hotel community is very beautiful, with a swimming pool. The environment is very good and comfortable. You can go to the beach in front and there is a beautiful Haitang River Ecological Park in the back. It is very pleasant to walk in it. I am very satisfied overall and will choose it next time.

Treasure Hotel! The most surprising hotel of this trip! Very beautiful villa, our family lived very comfortably ~ Although we encountered a typhoon, we had a lot of fun playing together in the villa! It is very suitable for a family or several families to live together. It should be very popular recently. The room type we booked was out of stock. The housekeeper upgraded our room. The experience was very good. The housekeeper service was very considerate. The takeaway was delivered to the door of the villa. All needs were met, which was very good.
The villa environment is first-class, 3-5 minutes walk from the beach, and super close to Atlantis.
The facilities inside are also very comprehensive, with everything you need, you can swim, there is a chess and card room, KTV, it feels like you can stay there all day.

A group of girlfriends came to Sanya for a tour and booked a set of audio-visual villas. The four rooms were very comfortable. The room was very large, free to open the fire, and a seafood dinner was made in the hotel. The garbage was collected by the cleaning lady in the morning, and the takeaway could be delivered before 10 o'clock in the evening, which was very convenient! After the plane arrived in the evening, the driver was waiting for us at the airport early. GGiorgioThe place is always appealing, with its magnificent gardens and fully immersed in a green and well-kept environment. Everything is very clean, both outside and inside the villas. The staff has been always kind and attentive to our needs. We especially enjoyed the abundant breakfast, sitting outside with a nice view over the quiet lake. Going to the beach and back is very convenient, thanks to the shuttle service, very effective and timely. We only regret we couldn’t enjoy the dinner buffet, because the music was always too loud, preventing any conversation. This can be easily improved.

CChantel BiancaIt was a great experience overall. The customer service we received was incredible. I was excited before arrival due to the level of service we received. We arrived very early in the morning and were given extra water and noodles because it was too early/late to get food anywhere. There is a small kitchen with basic utensils in the villa.
The location is great for a quiet holiday. There is a decent beach within walking distance of the villa. The area/community the villas are in is beautiful! It's a very tranquil area. There aren't any Western restaurants nearby that I could find, but there are some tasty local places. Definitely recommend bringing groceries and cooking yourself if you aren't a fan of local cuisine.
The only things that weren't the best was the hard bed (they did provide an extra comforter to use as a mattress pad, which helped) and the lack of shade/covering over the pool. It would've been perfect if there was a gazebo covering part of the pool to provide shade while relaxing throughout the day.
I will definitely be back!

Each room has an independent air conditioner switch, which is also very friendly to the elderly. At first glance, it is not just a decoration. Tableware, woks, steamers, etc., pots and pans are all available, even detergent and dishcloths are prepared in place. It is really attentive! The housekeeper service is thoughtful and meticulous, like an exclusive one. Sometimes we play far away, and the time of going out and coming back is not fixed. The housekeeper delivers meals, cleans and other services, always giving priority to our time. Send messages in advance to understand. It is really considerate and thoughtful service. VVlad the TravelerWe stayed in 4 different hotels during this vacation and Pullman Yalong was by far the most disappointing one, although to be honest part of it comes from expectations. Pullman Yalong is a decent 3-4 star hotel, whose main problem is that expectations associated with the brand make it seem to be something it is not.
Chinese breakfast is actually quite decent and has a wide range including MaLaTang, if you are craving Western food though it probably isn't worth the price.
They have a big sign near the lobby recommending that you should not bring delivery food to your room, due to health and safety reasons, but feel free to ignore that. We ordered both room service and outside delivery on several occasions and deliveries were definitely a better option. Plus there is a food court and a supermarket not far from the hotel.
The pool is quite big and its lower section is well shaded as well which a plus. However it was a major disappointment that the slide was closed(long term) as well as the cool cave you might see on the hotel's photos. On top of that there are some downright ridiculous designs ideas including a horrible pool access and sharp edge stairs inside the pool.
The beach in Yalong is all public, but the access to it is limited by occasional path between some of the front row resorts. What this means in practice is that you will have a bit of a walk having to go around Marriot in Pullman's case.
The room was OK, even had a bath and a walk-in wardrobe. The high point was the balcony above the pool.
Signs of disrepair are visible around the hotel, but to be honest this seems to be the Yalong/Sanya standard at least for the 4 star hotels we stayed in.
Jacky, I hope I got the name right, who worked in the lobby/shuttle car was great though. Not because he spoke good English(which he did), but because he had a problem solving attitude and wasn't afraid to approach guests to offer help.

GGuest UserThe location is very close to the airport. It's very convenient to take a taxi. It's very close to several attractions. Even if you bring the elderly and children, you can't sit in the car for too long, so I'm very satisfied. I came here in the off-season. The occupancy rate in the community is not high and it's quite quiet. It's also close to the beach. You can buy groceries and cook. The room is very big. The family has agreed. We stayed in a room without a swimming pool at first. Later we moved to a pool room. The butler has a good service attitude and takes care of anything needed in a timely manner. recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the Atlantis Resort. The room is clean and tidy. You can see the sea from the large balcony. The view is invincible. There is also a swimming pool downstairs. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the beach. The front desk staff is awesome. We came early, so the room has not been vacated yet. The floor we booked is relatively low. The staff upgraded us to a high floor for free. If we ordered takeout, the butler would deliver it to the room. Highly recommended.

JJeffYiuMy friends and I loved staying at Chilann, the space was really cosy and comfortable, the surroundings were quiet and we had access to eBikes so it was a short ride to the neighbouring beaches and houhai village. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, always responsive to our requests. We enjoyed the local surroundings too, especially with the fresh fruit market and local shops for food selections. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Haitang for the first time, definitely excellent value for money and a really enjoyable stay.
