Mid Valley Magic: Shopping, Hidden Gems, and a Rejuvenating Massage Experience
#massage #100waysoftravel #malaysia #kuala_lumpur #bestmalls #relaxvibes #merdeka
Spending an entire day at Mid Valley is more than just a shopping trip for me—it’s a journey of discovery, relaxation, and a bit of indulgence. Recently, I noticed that one of the areas in the mall has undergone a fantastic transformation, with a variety of new stores popping up. One of my favorite new spots is A Just Good Coffee, a cozy little café where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee immediately drew me in. It’s the perfect place to take a break from all the shopping, and their signature blend is a real treat.
But what really makes a day at Mid Valley special for me isn’t just the shopping or the coffee—it’s the way I get to unwind afterward. After hours of walking and exploring, my feet are usually begging for a break. That’s when I head over to one of my favorite hidden gems: My Thai at the Cititel Hotel. You can reach it through a small pathway near the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and it’s like stepping into a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle.
The foot massage at My Thai is absolutely divine. As soon as I sink into the chair, I feel the tension start to melt away. The therapists there have a magical touch, and each press and knead seems to rejuvenate not just my feet, but my whole being. It’s a moment of pure relaxation, where all the stress of the day just fades into the background.
After the massage, I always feel completely refreshed, as if I’m walking on air. It’s the perfect time to think about dinner, and whether I choose to stay at the hotel or return to the mall for a bite, I know the day has been perfectly balanced between excitement and relaxation. For me, a day at Mid Valley isn’t just about shopping—it’s about treating myself to an experience that leaves me feeling recharged and content.
The place is big enough, the signs are clear, there are north and south directions, no need to worry about getting lost with your companions! We happened to encounter a food carnival on the day we went, we bought very good and cheap authentic Malaysian souvenirs, and there were free tastings, which felt very good! This mall is very big. I am spoiled in terms of food choices. But it is difficult to find a parking space after 4 pm on weekends. It is not recommended to take the light rail train unless you don't mind walking and waiting in hot weather. It would be ideal to go there by online taxi or I drive.
The first part of the 2020 New Year travel ~ Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The last stop is Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is right next to Mid Valley City. You must visit Mid Valley City. It is a very large shopping mall with many local brands. In addition to the local supermarket in Mid Valley City, you can spend an afternoon shopping there.
When we came to Malaysia, we didn't think about buying anything, especially clothes, bags and the like. But after shopping around in the ancient costume shop Chen Meijia, we actually bought a long skirt, which was very fairy.
The mega mall in the middle of the valley is a relatively large shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur. There are two mals that can be exchanged. One is that the aeon sells the medium price brand. The other gardens mainly play high-end brands. There are many restaurants on the ground floor. You can spend a long time in this mall.
The center of Kuala Lumpur is very small. Although this shopping mall is not in the city center, it is also very popular. The high-end shopping mall is also a gathering place for high-end office buildings. Therefore, the positioning of the brand and the shopping mall is relatively high, and the price of eating is also expensive.
