I've been to the Sheraton Chinese restaurant before and had a buffet. The environment was very good, but the taste was average and the service was poor. So this time my husband suggested that we eat at the Chinese restaurant. I was a little hesitant, but the result was beyond my expectations and much better than the buffet. The environment is naturally good, so I won't go into details. The service is much better than the buffet, and the dishes are absolutely perfect. Two cold dishes were served first. The blueberry yam was very good. The yam was added with milk, and the blueberry jam tasted very good. The red dragon fruit was placed on top as a garnish. The overall taste was great. The crab claws tasted very good and very fresh. The fried chicken was slightly spicy, which was the kind that children could bear. The sweet taste was very delicious. The fish sauce pancakes tasted very good, and the fish sauce was very fragrant. It was the first time I ate this kind of thing, and I was very happy. The pork stewed with sauerkraut is not my favorite, but it was still well made. The papaya snow clam is very good, much better than the kind that is directly stewed in papaya. There are a lot of papaya milk, white fungus and snow clam in the puree, which tastes very good and is very happy. The yellow rice sticky cake is very delicious. Overall I think it’s very good, and I plan to bring my parents to try it next time.
