You need to press the intercom to enter the door and tell the administrator to go to the restaurant. Turn left and take the elevator to the 17th floor, and then walk two floors to the restaurant. The restaurant is divided into two areas. The area where we sat has a sea view. It seems that all the seats at night are fully booked... The taste of the food is okay, not amazing, but it is definitely a high-quality view restaurant in Vladivostok.
