Sushi Yu, this is a local chain sushi restaurant, is also quite famous and popular. We went to the Toyama store, because after the peak of the meal, there were not many people, and they were amazing in every taste.

走立山黑部阿尔卑斯路线，一早从室堂下山，特地在富山站留出时间，想去吃白虾亭。但是十二点排队实在太长，等了一会队伍动也不动，还好问了店员，才发现在队伍中留出一点位置，是个外带窗口。普通的白虾刺身丼是1980，有九十条左右白虾，这次选了特别版3980，有两百条左右，加鱼籽。还点了白虾天妇罗单品780。外带速度就快多了，白虾刺身什么时候吃都很好吃！天妇罗不太适合外带，放久了容易软踏踏。

来到富山，怎么能错过有名的白虾亭呢!富山的特产是白虾，有着富山湾宝石美誉。富山观光局罗列了十项富山的特产，最具代表性的就是白虾了。白虾亭就在JR富山站旁边的特产商场里，运气比较好，没有排队，直接入座了。选择了白虾刺身定食，在自动贩卖机上自行购买，打印出小票后交给店员就可以了。白虾刺身定食还蛮贵的。很快就端上来了，迫不及待尝了一口白虾刺身，好吃哦，吃到后面就觉得刺身太少，饭太多，还一直想着能不能再单独添加一份刺身。天妇罗白虾的口感和白虾刺身不一样，天妇罗里的还有一些虾壳，要慢慢嚼，多嚼一会。整套定食还赠送了一片虾饼，吃完饭后，迫不及待把虾饼也吃了，咸鲜的口味。这份虾饼只能带回家的特产，就在店对面的专柜有卖。

就开在富山站旁边，不断旋转的白虾模型很醒目！在店内自动点餐机上买票交给店员。可以点白虾刺身盖饭或者天妇罗，也有鱼子等不同套餐。新鲜的白虾是甜的，非常好吃。看海报介绍每只白虾都是手工剥出来的。店外还可以买外带，白虾饼等等。

这是一家新开张的寿司店，里面的装饰让人觉得很高级，所有食物的价格设置的都比较合理，寿司的味道很不错，里面还放了白虾等富山特产，这家店铺原本在目黑，不过现在搬到了富山。
