We had a meeting at Shangri-La and had a business lunch at noon. The hotel said we could order from the Chinese restaurant or Japanese set meal. But because the person in charge of the catering department of Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou has been changing, so the service is not enough, so the service can only be said to be quite satisfactory, not very intimate, very unforgettable. The waiter will enthusiastically guide you to the seat, order, and the process of serving is also in line with the rules. But many of the waiters seem to be newbies, obviously not enough training, and are not familiar with many things in the restaurant. The menu of Nishimura Japanese cuisine is very rich, but the price of the dishes is really expensive, and the dishes do not include service fees and taxes. The a la carte dishes are not very cost-effective, and I ordered a Dragon Boat Festival Japanese cuisine. A large pot of dishes, neatly placed on a plate, with a small amount of sashimi, scallops, vegetables, rice, beef and so on. It looks very pleasing to the eye, but the taste is relatively unsatisfactory. The beef is cooked for too long and the meat is old; The scallops are roasted for too short a time, too much butter, greasy and not delicious.
