#当地才能吃到的美食  沙湾作为大盘鸡的老家，大街上星罗棋布着各类大盘鸡餐厅，很多人专程过来，就是为了这一口大盘鸡[得意]整体吃下来感觉就是哪哪都可以，但也就是还可以[抠鼻] [薄荷]环境:应该是刚搬家不久，距离老店有二三十米的样子，装修比较简约清爽，快餐店水平，谈不上什么风格。 [服务铃]服务:除了点餐和上茶水，没什么服务，点的面条在鸡吃完了也没能上来[抠鼻] 其实味道和食材都是过关的，但也确实跟新疆其他地方吃的感觉不出太大区别。鸡肉是土鸡无疑，肉质紧实，火候把握的很好，既能让你嚼的动，又带有土鸡那种足够的韧性，咸淡调味把控的也比较合适。土豆是那种印象中沙沙的口感，基本都在鸡肉的下面，盘底油很大，土豆又比较吸油，不建议多吃。配料青红椒并不辣，整体辣度基本趋近于没有，吃起来有微微的甜味。 从我们点餐到菜品上桌大概25分钟的样子，店里并没有几桌客人，估计是熟鸡肉然后现场加辅料制作的。 份量方面应该是一只整鸡，但肉量算不上大，两位男士不喝酒的情况下就可以全部消灭，但会有点撑。如果是三个人吃那肯定就不够了，140的价格合不合适，就仁者见仁智者见智了。 个人感觉如果路过这里来尝尝还是可以的，专程赶过来就大可不必了[得意]
