I personally like the sweet and sour appetizers of rich tomato soup, mozzarella cheese, deep-sea lobsters, and basil sprouts; the main courses include seaweed potato pasta, baby squid sauce, ink powder and milk-flavored cod, seafood broth, black olive powder, and capers, which are fresh, sweet and tender. The refreshing taste of the seafood broth just neutralizes the slightly rich taste of the cod meat; in the last dessert, the tiramisu sandwich as a side dessert first awakens the sweet taste buds, and the main desserts include ricotta cheese mousse, pear frost, crispy almonds, and hazelnut sponge cake. I love the pear frost the most. It has a light sour taste in its sweetness, and the frost is soft and melts in the mouth. It is the perfect ending to a big meal.
