Excellent food and service. Guys have a clear concept and vision with regard to their cooking, but not pretentious and superficial. We had a wonderful time. Would go to Veles again (not sure I ever want to visit N&uuml;rnberg again though)

We loved the quiet atmosphere and the tasting menu was amazing. We had 6 courses-menu and had little snacks in between. It was a great experience and we&lsquo;d recommend it for sure!

We had a wo derful dining experience.  Great food and wonderful wine paring.  Highly recommend this restaurant.

Toller Service, sehr flexibel, also jeder konnte so viele G&auml;nge w&auml;hlen wie er wollte  (haben wir schon anders erlebt, dass der ganze Tisch das Gleiche nehmen musste), sehr passende und gut erkl&auml;rte Weinbegleitung, also alles super! &quot;Leider&quot; m&uuml;ssen wir noch die anderen Top-Lokale in der Region ausprobieren, aber das Veles werden wir sicher nochmal besuchen, das war ein rundum gelungener Abend!

Great service, very flexible, so everyone could choose as many times as he wanted (we have experienced differently that the whole table had to take the same), very appropriate and well explained wine accompanying, so everything is super! &quot;Unfortunately&quot; we still have to try the other top lounges in the region, but we will certainly visit the Veles again, that was a roundly successful evening!

Just a little bemol... no champagne... I missed it...but we&#39;ll come back there anyway without hesitate
