French restaurant on the 33rd floor
The first time I went was at night. Because we changed seats, we had seven dishes for the price of three, so I had a good impression

The French Brasserie located in Melbourne Malthouse Lane is a very good French restaurant. I didn&#39;t know it was such a high-end restaurant before I came, but fortunately the dress was decent. The taste of each dish here is very elegant, but the two dishes are a bit unsatisfactory. The waiters in the restaurant should be French. I can&#39;t understand English. I have never thought of meeting again in such a city and such a night.

No.13 of Fine Dining  in Melbourne

There seems to be a barbershop next to the restaurant. There is also some weird music. There are two floors but the store is not very big. There are many people eating at lunch. Most of them are foreigners. I was curious about what Middle Eastern food is, so I came. It feels similar to Greek food.
Raspberry cocktail🍸~ I can&#39;t taste any alcohol, but the fruit taste is strong. It&#39;s perfect for summer. Great
Bread with mashed potatoes~ Crispy scallion pancakes with a soft texture. Paired with prepared mashed potato sauce and some beans. It&#39;s so delicious. I couldn&#39;t stop eating it. The pancakes are very big. Two for three people is a bit too much
Crab cheese dumplings🦀️~ Rich crab meat filling. The soup is made with cream and has a bit of cheese taste. Fresh taste. Sprinkled with pine nuts. Not greasy. Very delicious😋
Grilled lamb skewers🐑~ It&#39;s really a big skewer. Although there are only three pieces of lamb on one skewer, they are very big, fat and lean, very satisfying. Paired with yogurt-like sauce to relieve greasiness Another general grilled lamb kebab flavor
Braised beef brisket 🐂~ with a bowl of rice. It is also fat and lean. The meat is tender and tasty. The sauce will be better if it is a little thicker.
Roasted chicken 🐔~ is half a chicken. The skin is very crispy. It is served with a little bean sauce. It is a bit sour but delicious. The chicken is not very tasty. It should be marinated. There are also French fries. The only minefield is that it is too oily. It is full of oil. I don&#39;t like it.

Wanshou Palace /Flower Drum, I want to eat the first pearl meat for a long time. The meat wrapped in the shell is worthy of the name. The taste is very similar to a more chewy strap, and it is very good with asparagus. The second shrimp sausage powder is generally the same. The third is four Hong Kong-style snacks. I am used to eating rice and then I will go back to eat meat. I really don&#39;t think it is delicious. The fourth Beijing roast duck, the manager said that the fat in the roast duck was specially cut out because the Westerners didn&#39;t like it, but the dish was exquisite and the duck was very interesting in the special sauce. The fifth crispy roast chicken, the skin outside is really crispy, the meat inside is just right tender. The after-dinner side dishes are very refreshing and greasy. After the whole meal, I have to sigh that this is the finest fine dining in Melbourne Chinese food.

No.6 of Fine Dining  in Melbourne

The most famous Mexican restaurant in Melbourne. Not many people at noon, but it is said that you have to wait for an hour or two at night. The dishes ordered are all delicious. Crab &amp; Prawn tostadas shrimp and crab meat are very tender, paired with fresh avocado and crispy corn chips, the taste is perfect. Grilled corn with cheese and chili powder. The most favorite is the ox tongue tacos. The marinated ox tongue is fried into a very crispy texture and paired with various sauces. I personally think it is more authentic than black taro.

CUMULUS INC. The facade of a Western restaurant in Melbourne is not eye-catching. It is not very big, but here you can feel the strongest local style. The sisters who drink at the bar can drink a glass of red wine and a cup of coffee. All the grandparents who can drink for one night can chat without scruples.

Didn&#39;t book in advance but there was an area to the side of the restaurant for those without a reservation which was a nice touch. The table was beautifully set and the food did not disappoint. The food was fresh and there was something on the menu for everyone (some of us are very picky eaters). I had the ravioli with goat cheese, green beans and broad beans and my mouth is still watering just thinking about it. One of the girls had the pork belly and they said it was the best they had ever had. The only thing we were a bit disappointed with was the calamari pancakes which were essentially squid coated in flour and pan fried with a nice sauce but still very tender. Overall one of the best dinners I&#39;ve had in Melbourne.

No.35做的是豪华的法国大餐哦，里面可以享受到法式的星级服务哦，里面的鹅肝配牛排做的不错，当然价格也是最贵的，鹅肝做的一流哦。

We have had four dinners at this restaurant in the past week and enjoyed great service every time we visited. Thank you Amy for welcoming us every time we visit and the reception staff was great. You will get delicious food soon after ordering. Special thanks to the supervisor, Jenny Louis, who prepared us this amazing table every night. We agreed that the Italian dumplings here were our favorite dish.

The restaurant environment on the 35th floor of Sofitel Melbourne is great, but the window seat can only be enjoyed if you book in advance. The restaurant has a good view overlooking the beauty of Melbourne&#39;s city.

The first dish is pearl meat, which is literally the meat wrapped in pearls in shells. The taste is very similar to chewier scallops, and it goes well with asparagus.
The second dish is shrimp meat rice rolls, which are so-so.
The third dish is four kinds of Hong Kong-style dim sum. After eating siu mai with rice inside, I don&rsquo;t think it&rsquo;s so delicious to eat meat inside.
The fourth dish is Peking duck. The manager said that the fat in the roast duck was specially cut out because Westerners don&rsquo;t like it. However, the exquisiteness of this dish lies in the special sauce that draws the duck shape, which is very interesting.
The fifth dish is crispy roast chicken. The skin on the outside is indeed very crispy and the meat inside is just tender.
The side dishes after the meal are very refreshing and greasy. After the whole meal, I have to sigh that this is indeed the finest fine dining in Melbourne Chinese food.
