A cool complement to the formal dining &#39;upstairs&#39;. Food was great..sadly the wine list a little limited (and having asked if we could choose from fuller list of the main restaurant above was advised a blank &#39;Non&#39;). Not a wise strategy

Very good food, probably everything is home made, you can taste the quality. We will definitely go back

A small and intimate restaurant with excellent, well presented food and service. Although menu is not extensive there was good variety and choice with fixed price menu options. The Tiramasu was excellent! Thank you forcan enable evening.

Story of two tales really. There are dishes that would make me come back (oyster, crab dish, pigeon, chocolate desert). There are dishes I wish I never ate (scallops, langoustine). To be honest I felt hijacked: no a la carte/ choice limited to 3 tasting courses... the cheapest one being vegetarian at 70 EUR and the other ones being &gt; 100 EUR. Clearly understaffed so service is not optimal. Wine pairing was an uninteresting rip-off. Decor: relatively poor but the fire places were a welcome plus. Would I go back? If remaining as is, certainly not. But with a more focused menu, more efficiency in the room and a better som, there is a hidden gem in there...

Tr&egrave;s bon moment pass&eacute; a la Laiterie. Tous les plats &eacute;taient tr&egrave;s bons avec beaucoup de saveurs. La petite ballade dans la cuisine et la cave est une tr&egrave;s bonne id&eacute;e. Le  seul point &agrave; am&eacute;liorer est la musique ( Charles Aznavour en boucle il faut varier un peu plus).

La nouvelle carte est incroyable : le menu hippodrome est une suite ininterrompue de saveurs, de couleurs : le plaisir est dans les go&ucirc;ts raffin&eacute;s et somptueux, respectueux des produits, la pr&eacute;sentation soign&eacute;e et visuellement color&eacute;e, et les mets sont pr&eacute;sent&eacute;s par un personnel fier de pouvoir faire partager l&#39;excellence. Client habitu&eacute;, cette visite renforce mon admiration pour cet endroit chaleureux.

The new map is incredible: the hippodrome menu is a continuous suite of flavors, colors: pleasure is in refined and sweet, product-friendly, careful and visually coloured presentation, The hotel is a very good hotel, and the hotel is very good.
