I went to Jingxi for a trip and stayed at Jingxi Global Holiday Hotel. Next to the hotel is the Ai Min River Snail Noodle Shop. Seeing the unique decoration of the shop, I walked in and ordered the Ai Min River Snail Noodle with Three Fresh Vegetables and Clear Soup. It tasted good at the first bite, but the more I ate, the stronger the chili flavor became. Even I, a Sichuanese, couldn't stand it, especially since it was clear soup!
