What travelers say:
On the way back to Shanghai from Qufu, we stopped at Guangde for a rest and stayed at Muzi Resort. When we checked in, we were told that except for the breakfast buffet, the other two meals were provided by Muzi Villa, which seemed to be another business of the same owner. And we had to pay and issue invoices directly at Muzi Villa, and we couldn't sign the bills. Walking towards the courtyard, Muzi Villa is uphill and the stone lions at the door are eye-catching. After going in and taking a look, we understood that this place does business with guests staying in the hotel, but more business is done with foreign tourists, especially tour groups. The first floor is basically reserved for tour groups. We went up to the so-called private room on the second floor. It felt lonely, but it was actually okay. The waiters took care of it. It was a local restaurant with a large stove and a large pot. There were many choices. The little guy ate the ancient stinky mandarin fish that he had been thinking about, and I ate the best garlic mashed water spinach this year. The portion of the dish was very large, as you can tell by the size of the rice crust in the wood-fired pot, and the same is true for the bowl of green vegetable noodles. The private room also arranges the driver training staff of the tour group to eat from time to time. The front desk on the first floor was very efficient in issuing invoices. The scenery in the park was nice, and there was a fish tank with a colorful fountain to attract children. I glanced at the private room in the distance. It was so far away that I guess the food would be cold by the time it was delivered. It felt at least a hundred meters away.
