Really tasty seafood restaurant with an excellent list of wines by the glass.  We enjoyed several unique pasta dishes, mixed fish fry, a wonderful crudo plate, and mussels and clams in tomato sauce.  Great outdoor setting in a quiet alleyway.  The service was slow and forgetful - we sat waiting for our wine for about 15 minutes after our kids soft drinks arrived.  Recommend you make a reservation and give this busy spot a try.

Nice pleasant restaurant in a calm shadowy carruggio genovese. Good service and great food from the genovese tradition make it a cute corner to try and escape the mass tourism routes. Good wine selection too!

Grateful to have found this restaurant, a totally delightful experience. This includes food ,service and location. They were even kind and caring to my dog !!! If you go you won&#39;t regret it

A casual restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We ate outside, which provided a view of the two towers of Porta Soprana (hence the Trattoria&rsquo;s name), as well as a good people watching. The service was fine, as well as our meal. My wife is vegetarian and had no trouble finding choices that were very good. They serve mainly Ligurian style food, typical of Genova. With so many excellent restaurants in Genova it is hard to single out any one, but this a good choice for a good local style meal at a reasonable price.

We visited on a quiet Monday evening. The place is very atmospheric and the food was good. The service was very slow however and we didn&rsquo;t get our wine until we had nearly finished our meal. Weird as it wasn&rsquo;t busy. It felt a bit disinterested bordering on rude but maybe we were unlucky. Worth a punt I would say.

Such well prepared seafood. So fresh. The red shrimp tartare with fresh oysters, scallops was great. The basil and lemon sorbet excellent as was the mixed grill seafood (swordfish perfect) and spaghetti vongole. Great cocktails. Service lovely. Will be going back.

Ottimo servizio, tempi di attesa giusti. Ho preso un cappon magro ed uno spaghetto allo scoglio. Accompagnato da un buon bicchiere di vino locale e della focaccia. Tutto molto buono.

Excellent service, right waiting times. I took a thin capp and a spaghetti at the skull. Accompanied by a good glass of local wine and the spice. All very good.
