The chef made great use of asparagus season. We had the five course menu. Chef came out personally to describe the dishes - a special touch. Particularly nice was the estragon glace with shrimp, The John Dory fish with asparagus was the star dish for us had a great sauce. The lamb was perfectly done with excellent flavors. A refreshing mango carpaccio with lemon prior to red fruit desert were a treat The wine paring was well done and the staff very professional and knowledgeable. Right amount of food at a fair price.
