We arrived in Enshi quite late because we were going to Hefeng the next day, so we hurried to Xia Nv&#39;ercheng. We saw that this restaurant had good reviews, so we went in to try the Enshi kang potatoes: they really lived up to their reputation, haha, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, very fragrant (in fact, the kang potatoes we had in Yichang were also quite delicious). 恩施女儿城巴人堂：位于恩施市七里坪土家女儿城女儿街上，是一家颇具土家特色文化的餐馆，装修以暗红色为主色调，菜品种类丰富，突出土家摔碗酒、苞谷酒、腊肉等土家饮食文化，菜品口味和感觉均不错。

巴人小吃城，就在女儿城小吃街中，沿街一个个摊点全是特色小吃，豆皮大王，黄家社饭，竹筒饭，农家烤串，土司油茶汤，手抓虾，酱猪蹄等，吃了两种，味道还不错。

&ldquo;巴人堂&rdquo;在恩施女儿城中心区域，大堂高阔，桌椅无数，可同时容纳数千人就餐。这里也是展示土家文化的一个重要场所。门口就有大幅海报土家文化介绍，门外设有桌椅，方便路人休息和看大幅介绍了解恩施，了解土家文化。傍晚六点整，巴人堂门口两面大鼓就会由两名着民族服装的小伙子擂响，二层门楼上幺妹们跳起欢快的舞蹈，来迎接四方来客。接着还有幺妹亮起歌喉，向远方来客敬上美酒。非常好！

恩施巴人堂是非常具有土家特色的饭店，喝完酒必须把碗摔碎，酒是自己选的，上酒时会配一摞碗，喝酒的流程是：倒，碰，喝，摔，要一气呵成，绝逼是豪情万丈。

巴人堂在女儿城主要表演区域，食堂非常宽阔，设有表演台，有几场循环表演，摔碗酒. 土家族鼓舞等，也是旅游团定点的就餐点，吃喝玩乐巴人堂都可以满足你.

跟团游来到了女儿寨，来巴人堂也是团餐安排。导游介绍说这顿特别安排了有特色的摔碗酒，并且同时可以观赏歌舞表演。来了后发现店家确实不小，接待的都是团队生意，店里的环境也布置的挺有古镇的味道。但是为啥要安排坐小竹登，位置很低，做得不舒服，且坐下了就不容易站起来。这个摔碗酒根本就是个陋习，（中国人的陋习还真不少，真不知何时当可）碗要卖5元一个1，真是黑心。喝完就摔破，浪费且不说，溅飞起来的碗碎片真的很容易弄伤划伤人。尽管店家和导游会告知碗口往下，但大家摔起来兴奋的时候，多少人还记得。摔得地上还是一片狼藉，声音麽又吵闹。表演的工作人员还是值得表扬的，台下这门吵闹，还是在卖力得演出，只是这样的环境下，实在没有心情观赏，宁愿在外面逛逛吧！

恩施特色合渣 摔碗酒好刺激，巴人堂，喝酒甩碗是该酒店的一大特色。此起彼伏的摔碗声 只可惜洋芋饭中午晚上都卖完了。满地的碎碗片一片狼藉，感受了土家族&ldquo;摆手舞&rdquo;跳的豪迈
