I booked this restaurant for my husband&rsquo;s birthday as a treat for the stunning location and because of the Michelin star. We opted for the 4 course Gastronomic Tasting menu . The service was excellent and the location is beautiful. We were a bit disappointed not be able to order from a menu but I loved the surprise element - we literally didn&rsquo;t know what we were going to be served - and the wine pairings. The food and wine choices were  exceptional especially the fish course and the gorgeous dessert of mulberry mousse.  Delicious.

Disappointing. &ldquo;We can&rsquo;t tell you what you will get for food selections before you order. It is chef&rsquo;s surprise&rdquo;Say what ?!  Not acceptable at all. No a La cart options. 7 people already seated&hellip;.too late to find another restaurant.Sardines course was fishy and eaten by no one. Fellow diners dressed in t shirts&hellip;.not a great experience at all&hellip;marginal wine selection. This restaurant needs a minus &hellip;no star here

Nous sommes all&eacute; prendre un petit d&eacute;jeuner en amoureux au castelbrac, le cadre est magnifique et se pr&ecirc;te bien a ce genre d&#39;&eacute;v&egrave;nements a  2 , l&#39;ambiance intimiste de la salle avec vue sur la mer &eacute;tait tr&egrave;s agr&eacute;able. Le personnel sympa et aux petits soins. Et enfin , la composition du petit d&eacute;jeuner lord Hamilton, qui n&#39;a rien a envier aux palaces parisiens, nous nous sommes r&eacute;gal&eacute;es. H&acirc;te de revenir tester les autres formules. Merci de ce bon moment !

We went to take a lovely breakfast in the castlebrac, the frame is beautiful and is well-equipped to have this kind of events a 2 , the intimate atmosphere of the room with sea view was very pleasant. And finally, the composition of Lord Hamilton&#39;s breakfast, which has nothing to envy the Parisian palaces, we have given us.

Raffin&eacute;, des associations originales et totalement ma&icirc;tris&eacute;es, comme le thon et foie gras qui restera &agrave; jamais ancr&eacute; dans ma m&eacute;moire gustative, du bonheur !

Raffined, original and fully controlled associations, such as tuna and fat liver that will remain forever anchored in my taste memory, happiness!
