Nicely located at the Red Tower in Buxy, with parts of the restaurant located right within the tower. Service was exceptional, very friendly and discreet. We asked for a vegetarian and gluten free menu and it was no problem at all. The restaurant&rsquo;s menus are built around 5 distinctive footprints: terrestre, maritime, fermi&egrave;re, laiti&egrave;re et sucr&eacute;e. Every course was very special and so well crafted. We had nine different courses plus the wine footprint. The local wine perfectly matched each course and further enhanced the experience. Overall there is very little to improve. You can taste the love for great food in every bit.

What a fabulous restuarant in the heart of the C&ocirc;te Chalonnaise. The menu was a innovative selection from local products, and the service was perfect. The wine selection was also extensive. Highly recommended for a gourmet stop when visiting the wine regions of Burgandy.

A delightful atmosphere which observed physical distancing but did so unobtrusively.  The service was excellent and the food was really excellent - the cheese board could only be described as spectacular! We had a wonderful evening and will be back .... and we have already been recommending it to all our friends.

This restaurant (and hotel) is under new ownership as from this season and it&#39;s going to be a great success. In an area not short of outstanding wines and restaurants there&#39;s going to be another Michelin star (or maybe two) heading this way very soon. Everything is faultless, tasting menu well balanced with perfectly executed and presented dishes using plenty of local produce. Wine list features the best of the best and pays homage to its base in Puligny Montrachet by having more than 50 of these wines alone to choose from. A star in the making in more ways than one so book here whilst the prices are still reasonable and you won&#39;t be disappointed - it&#39;s just as good as many 2 Michelin star restuarants I&#39;ve dined in.

We had a lovely evening in the restaurant. Good and professional staff and a fine selection of dishes and accompanying wines, suggested by the sommelier. The guests are mainly the once also staying at the hotel but a true recommendation for a good night out.
