这个威声在外的Nahm从曾经的 亚洲 第一，跌落神坛，滑到了现在的22，也不无道理。Nahm的主厨是澳洲人，对于 泰国 菜的理解是不是有点偏差了。为了多体验一下菜单，我们一人点了一份面食为主，一份海鲜为主。🥗🥗如何点菜：开胃菜送上的是紫菜包着炸洋葱丝，很清爽。脆米饼上放了蟹肉和辣椒丝，酸辣味。槟榔叶裹着柚子粒 和龙 虾肉，前几道菜全是酸味儿的。让食客们开开胃。香蕉叶裹着蓝蟹、虾肉、鱼肉和红咖喱的混合，配着椰浆。可以把肉放在米饼上食用，这是在 泰国 餐桌上很常见的一道菜。面食我选的是，nahm招牌的蓝蟹黄咖喱配 泰国 米线。才给了我这么点米线，我浇头放多了，这么点米线，感觉1-2勺咖喱就适可而止了。

去年曼谷之行第二期待的餐厅，位于曼谷高端酒店聚集区的NAHM,据说是在伦敦也有开分店，最顶级的泰国料理。其实是在传统泰国菜的基础上融入了部分西餐元素和米其林元素。在曼谷悦榕庄附近折腾了好久才找到啊，原因是点评的定位不对，人家餐厅其实是在曼谷大都会酒店的一层。。因为提前通过餐厅官方邮件预定，所以当晚到了那里便可以直接安排用餐了。同样和蓝象一样，这里不允许穿短裤，所以还是餐厅提供了一条黑色长裤给我换上，Nahm的洗手间也是豪华。极富现代感的设计，其实更像是一家艺术酒吧。里面欧美人比较多，用餐环境相当高雅。菜单延续了Gaggan和蓝象的纯英文，英语不是很好的我研究了半天，也没有一点思绪。最后只能凭感觉点菜了。套餐制的泰式料理，前前后后一共六道菜，外加五道前菜。相当丰盛！其实说味道，我觉得Nahm并不比GAGGAN差，只是相对而言Gaggan更加有新意，而Nahm比较正式罢了。也正因如此，Nahm前两年排名一直都在Gaggan之上，甚至一度排名亚洲第一，直到15年才被GAGGAN超越的。但是其在亚洲餐厅的地位依然很高，不容小觑。前菜口味偏重，辣度较高。第一道打底是炸过的酥脆莲藕片的菜印象深刻，一口一个但味道很好。后面四个前菜被装在一起，入口后回味无穷，刚开始没有觉得味道很重，片刻之后才会有感觉，这大概就是泰国菜的魅力所在吧，后劲十足！主菜里面，个人觉得冬阴功汤太过纯粹了，里面放的不是草菇和海鲜而是牛肉，汤的味道比较酸，鲜度不是很重，可能这才是原汁原味的冬阴功吧，但还是偏爱蓝象的味道。青木瓜沙律爽口，搭配着绿色蔬菜的炸大虾口感不错，区别于日本的天妇罗。两道咖喱菜要隆重介绍。一道咖喱鱼肉一道咖喱菌菇蔬菜都做得很棒。颜色较浅的是搭配的菌菇蔬菜，颜色较深的是配的深海鱼，甜中带辣非常开胃。最后上的一道清炒和牛要给满分，和牛的口感简直令人震惊，嫩而多汁，肥美不腻，堪称极品！所有的主菜都可以搭配米饭食用，最后同样吃撑了！价格介于GAGGAN和蓝象之间，3000泰铢左右（含小费服务费），个人觉得还是 物有所值的！推荐给喜欢泰国菜偏爱咖喱的朋友！
