This is a three-Michelin-star restaurant. The dishes there are super exquisite. The fish is delicious. I ordered the cod fillet, which was really good. The cream cake tasted pretty good and was quite creative.

Their German pork knuckle is delicious, with many German dishes and local beer, which tastes very mellow. However, the skin of the pork knuckle is relatively hard, so people with bad teeth should be careful. The potato soup is quite delicious.

The signature boiled beef is popular with diners from all over the world, and its complicated way of eating is eye-opening. Each table of diners will have a guide for eating (Figure 7), which can be simply divided into three steps: drink the soup, eat the bone marrow, and eat the beef.
